I also like that I do not need to have a server with that license and then maintain all the updates and hotfixes for the trend software. It's all on their end and they take care of all updates and hotfixes. The Mac service is much better and is actually functional. **What do you dislike about TrendAI Vision One - Endpoint Security?** It is complex to navigate from Apex Central to Apex One servers, which seems very disjointed and confusing. I hope that they change this in the near future... but I am not holding my breath. Also that there are parts that are not the best. I would like USB control and serialization and also the tracking of endpoint issues is a little lacking or just am not sure how they specifically do it.
