Trendmicro is the same tool that we can have in our work and in the same way in portal equipment outside the network, you can have the option of having it offline. I like Real-time scan, because don't need wait to schedule manual scan for block any malware/spyware on any workstation, aditionally Trend Micro offer a lot of tools for reforce protection. It is so easy to install and use. It will automatically run scans so you don't have to worry, or you can do an on demand scan. I've been using this for the past 6 years and never had any problems.
