Ease to use, and ease of implementation. Currently the product has been renamed Workload Security **What do you dislike about Trend Micro ServerProtect?** There is a strong migration from old consoles to cloud consoles, this can cause some problems in the learning curve. Depending on the modules deployed, the agent load can be high. **What problems is Trend Micro ServerProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a mandatory control to protect critical business information. ### 2. Point here is unsinstall/cleanup is not easy (1 click solution should be). it binds several registry entries and many times that failed to clean.Customer care also not responsive enough **What problems is Trend Micro ServerProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Servers and web sites security protection ### 3. Moreover, it's a cross-modified platform to get into the Enterprise environment. The policy can be pushed centrally without getting into a particular server. Easy to administrate. **What do you dislike about Trend Micro ServerProtect?** The most disliked option so far to me is sometimes slowing down the machine in rare cases due to deep scans. Not sure why this has been for a enterprise product that gets into Server kinda stuff. **What problems is Trend Micro ServerProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its scan engine scans most of it. The most beneficial solution is its incremental update mechanism and is pushed to the targetted Servers. That mechanism includes the pattern for new files for viruses that have been added. ### 10.
