The best thing about this product is how fast the performance is. It also offers great tools for free that other programs charge extra for. I dislike the lack of the two features that are a must for me. There is no PC backup that I can utilize. I can get at least 50GB of backup services on other software. Since the implementation of Trend Micro Cloud in the company we know that we have an advanced protection against threats and data for Office 365 and file sharing services in the cloud, since we had had malware attacks before and we lost several important files and now with Trend Micro Cloud we have significantly improved security with this additional layer of security to our office services in the cloud using sandbox malware analysis for ransomware, BEC attacks and among other advanced threats, we have also been able to monitor the use of confidential information and thus avoid the loss of data (DLP) for OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Dropbox, Box and Google Drive using more than one hundred custom and pre-integrated compliance templates to control the sharing of controlled data. Among some of its functions that I liked most about the application is its protection against ransomware attacks, since previously we had been victims of malicious software attacks, since it has an advanced technology that allowed us to detect these ransomware in emails from the company, on the other hand, has technology that ensures the arrest of all types of vulnerabilities in emails and the ability to stop BEC attacks, it is important to note that it has integration with SharePoint, Dropbox bussines and other cloud services. which also allows to protect against the loss of data in the storage spaces in the cloud independently of the service provider. In the company we had bad experiences with the installation of several ransomware that controlled the internet browser of several companions of the company, we counted on the protection that office 365 offered but unfortunately it was not enough, the mail was opened and sent the virus to the contacts of the company and the situation multiplied to several colleagues who did not know what was the cause, when installing and using the trend micro cloud app service, ransomware was eliminated and most importantly, it allowed protecting the company's equipment, preventing future threats and contamination.
