TrenchIQ replaces the bid spreadsheet for contractors who price their own work. Import the engineer's bid schedule from CSV, Excel or PDF, then price each line item from your own catalog of bid items, materials, equipment, crews and subcontractors. Every unit price shows the cost behind it: materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors, with overhead, margin and tax applied the same way every time. Price labor by production rate, add whole crews to a line at once, and drive the whole bid from the keyboard. It saves automatically. Before you submit, TrenchIQ flags a unit price far off your catalog and a single edit that swings the total. Save versions and compare them line by line. Then print a professional bid PDF — a bid schedule, a full proposal or a summary — that foots to the penny. Optional AI reading suggests where each price on a supplier's quote belongs; nothing changes until you confirm it. Won jobs carry into an early-access field app for time clock, equipment inspections, receipts and load tickets.
