"Tremendous Makes it So Easy to Reward Employees!"

What do you like best about Tremendous?

Very easy to use to send rewards to employees (love that they can pick their own reward! Way less stressful lol), convienient integrations (Love Qulatrics and Typeform!) that help you instantly send rewards to respondants, Team settings (roles) to limit what access specific users have - while still allowing you to delegate work, added security and new fraud prevention settings are a huuuuge plus! What do you dislike about Tremendous?

There really aren't many downsides for me - Tremendous has been easy to set up and use for my team. We have been using for a little over a year now and have never run into any issues. If I had to pick something, the user interface could use a little sprucing up/could make it a little easier to navigate, but it is nothing that has ever caused major issues for us. What problems is Tremendous solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tremendous has made it so much easier and much less stressful to send rewards to employees. Everyone has their own personal preferences and it is so much easier to simply create a campaign, select the monetary/reward amount, and click send. My team doesn't have to worry about "finding the right reward" or trying to send through store's platforms. Tremendous lets us brand our own campaigns, set preferences, and then let the respondant/reward recipient take it from there and choose what they want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
