What do you like best about Tremendous?

Using Tremendous has been a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was straightforward and user-friendly. From the moment I received the reward notification, everything was clearly explained and easy to follow. I appreciated how quickly I was able to access the platform and redeem my reward without any issues.

The wide variety of reward options available made it even better—there was something for everyone. The platform is well-designed and intuitive, making the whole experience feel smooth and efficient.

What I really liked is how stress-free the entire process was. It only took a few minutes, and everything worked exactly as expected. I didn’t have to reach out for support or deal with any delays.

"Effortless Global Rewards Management with Lots of Payout Options"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tremendous?

Tremendous is a good tool that makes paying out rewards easy, especially for market research and marketing promotions globally. The main thing that makes it great is having one place to manage all the payments. This makes things a lot simpler and helps us follow the rules. The reward list is massive, too—it has everything from local gift cards and virtual Visa cards to charity donations and direct bank payments. Because they offer so much choice, more people actually claim their rewards, which is a big win for us. The platform is easy to use. Putting in a bunch of recipient names at once is pretty simple and helps us get lots of incentives out quickly. On the technical side, the automated system works well, letting us send rewards straight from our own systems. This saves our team a ton of time every week and helps us keep costs down. Also, the fees are clear and low, especially for standard U.S. gift cards, which helps us stick to our budget. Having all our global payments managed in one spot takes away a lot of headaches Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

The single biggest headache we face is how the rewards are delivered, specifically the email sender. Since the default email comes from a generic Tremendous address instead of our own trusted company domain, a large number of people think the reward is a phishing attempt or junk mail. This lack of branded security confirmation causes huge problems for our recipients, especially those who are new to our programs. People become nervous about clicking the link or even opening the email, which means they often ignore or accidentally delete their reward entirely. This creates massive operational friction for us because recipients then email us directly asking if the Tremendous email is real and where their promised reward money is. Our internal team has to spend significant time responding to these support questions just to validate the link and calm their security fears. This process of repeating the same security validation is constant, time-consuming, and an unnecessary cost to our business. We essentially lose both time and money every time we have to prove the reward is legitimate. This problem could be fixed if the system allowed us to easily send the reward emails from our own company domain. This simple change, often called "white-labeling," would instantly fix the trust issue, drastically reduce the number of support tickets we handle, and help us get our rewards claimed much faster. It’s the most critical feature the platform needs to improve to make our incentive programs fully effective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Efficient with Broad Gift Options"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tremendous?

I really find Tremendous intuitive. It's easy to use from a user interface point of view, and I didn't need any real training on it, which was great. It's very user-friendly with a good design and layout, making it easy to see who you're paying and in what currency. Checking off participants from a list is smooth, thanks to its user-friendliness. Tremendous helps us track projects we've paid over time and aids in budgeting by helping us manage funds effectively. Additionally, the availability of many different gift card options gives us confidence when sending out incentives. The wide array of voucher types is a standout feature, allowing people to choose what's important to them. Tremendous is not labor-intensive, so new users can get started quickly. Furthermore, the setup was described as super easy, and the product works efficiently, doing exactly what it claims to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

I think one thing I thought about before is being able to assign funds to set projects as well. It would give us a clear visual understanding of what money we have left and whether we need to add more funds to cover all the projects we have going on. It would be good to have more clarity on that as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Market Research Incentive Distribution Platform - 5 Stars"
5/5
What do you like best about Tremendous?

The best thing about the Tremendous distribution platform is how effortlessly it handles incentive delivery at scale. It takes what’s usually a time-consuming, error-prone process and makes it fast, trackable, and reliable—especially for global research.

From flexible reward options to real-time tracking and responsive customer support, Tremendous removes the operational friction so teams can stay focused on research, insights, and impact instead of logistics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

Our only constructive suggestion would be to clearly notify respondents of the six-month expiration date when they request a physical card. This would help ensure participants are informed upfront and reduce the need for on-site verbal reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Tremendous because it allows us to compensate the young people we serve, who can choose how to use their funds. I love that it tracks if there is a need to get the IRS form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

What I dislike is that we are unable to update an email address for a person and that it doesn't create "person profiles". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Simple, Scalable Way to Send Rewards Without the Headache"

What I really like about Tremendous is how easy it makes managing rewards at scale. The bulk upload feature saves me a lot of time since I don’t have to enter participants one by one, and scheduling sends means I can set everything up in advance and not worry about it later. The international reach is also a huge plus—it lets me reward participants from different countries without having to deal with different platforms or payment methods. Overall, these features make the whole process simple, efficient, and stress-free for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

"Effortless Gifting and Rewards Made Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about Tremendous?

I use Tremendous for work as a way to gift each other and reward team members when they do something good. It really makes gifts easy, like getting a prepaid card from $5 upwards, and I really love that. The fact that it can be integrated with Bonusly is amazing. We use Bonusly to give out points and recognition to other employees. It's great because you can choose to spend your Bonusly points using Tremendous or on other platforms like Amazon. I love that a lot of merchants use Tremendous and support it. The setup is quite easy, and I love the instructions; it's user-friendly. Overall, I rate it a 10 for being amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

I just wish there was maybe, like, an app where I can always view my cards and receive notifications, like my balances, without the need of going into the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Global Incentive Payments Made Simple with Tremendous"
5/5
What do you like best about Tremendous?

What we like best about Tremendous is that it removes complexity from something that is deceptively hard: paying incentives reliably, at scale, across multiple countries, while keeping both participants and internal teams happy.

From a research agency perspective, Tremendous is one of the few platforms that genuinely understands international reality. We regularly run studies across the UK, Europe, North America and beyond, and Tremendous handles currencies, reward types, and participant preferences without us needing to stitch together multiple local suppliers or manual workarounds. The ability for participants to choose their own reward is a huge win — it dramatically reduces friction, confusion, and follow-up queries.

The platform itself is intuitive and well designed. It’s easy for our team to upload recipients, automate rewards, track delivery, and reconcile payments. Reporting is clear and finance-friendly, which makes a big difference when incentives are tied to client billing and audit requirements. We don’t need specialist training to use it, and new team members get up to speed quickly.

Reliability is another standout strength. Incentives are emotionally sensitive — when they don’t arrive or don’t work, participants remember. Tremendous is consistently dependable, which protects trust with participants and confidence with clients. On the rare occasions we’ve needed support, the team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and pragmatic, which matters when fieldwork is live and timelines are tight.

Overall, Tremendous feels like proper infrastructure rather than just a voucher tool — it’s something we can build our processes around with confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

There’s very little we genuinely dislike about Tremendous, and most of the limitations we’ve encountered are edge cases rather than everyday issues.

In some markets, extremely niche or hyper-local reward options aren’t always available, which may matter for very specific audience groups. That said, the breadth of global rewards already covered more than meets our needs in the vast majority of cases, and the trade-off for consistency and reliability is worth it.

For more complex or highly bespoke incentive logic (for example, staggered payments triggered by multiple conditions), you may need to use the API rather than relying solely on the UI. This isn’t really a negative, but it does mean that teams without technical support may need a bit of setup time for advanced use cases.

These are minor considerations rather than deal-breakers, and they don’t detract from the overall value Tremendous delivers day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solved many of our challenges with incentives"
5/5
What do you like best about Tremendous?

Tremendous cover most of the markets that we operate in, which helps with many headaches we have been dealing with in the past. Not being able to use foreign credit cards in the local market has been a real challenge in the past when operating out of a single office in Europe. Tremendous is easy to set up and easy to use. As an admin, it's easy to delegate the incentivizing and easily track spendings over multiple projects. The ability to offer several options for the redemption of incentives is a huge plus for our participants. All in all, Tremendous has improved our ability to recruit and saved us time and money previously spent on figuring out how to incentivize participants on our projects. Huge thanks for creating such a fantastic product. They keep on adding new forms of payment, making the platform even more useful for user research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

We had some issues with the first couple of payments, which our bank flagged, but it was solved quickly. Invoices could be more detailed as well. In some smaller markets, the number of incentive options are limited, so for those we need to check the reward options for whether want to use Tremendous or not. Other than that, I'm just sad that we didn't find Tremendous sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
