I use Tremendous for employee rewards, committee perks, and survey incentives. Tremendous allows participants to choose the reward that works best for them, increasing the value of the incentive. It's incredibly easy to use, takes virtually no time to send a reward, and has a huge variety of rewards to choose from. I find the customer support of Tremendous really good, precise, and quick, with the ability to provide several solutions to a problem. Choosing Tremendous over other providers is a no brainer. Depending on the occasion, it's great to have so many options and customization for recipients. I also really enjoy having the clean and easy to use platform to manage any orders, and redemptions. Support are uber responsive and the consultation and account application was easy enough. Ultimately, I chose Tremendous for the flexibility and great support over Vanilla Visa's corporate bulk cards provider. Other handy features is that Tremendous allows adding other users/admins, and the capability to have multiple payment methods, credit card or bank accounts if you prefer. I can set the shared balance and it can coming in handy if there are other team members assigning gift cards. The campaign templates are awesome, I was so excited to customize them, and it was pretty easy too. Since we ordered bulk physical gift cards, we don't have a lot of data in the analytics, but I'm excited for it to populate as we continue to use and send rewards. Though we haven't set up the fraud prevention rules yet, it's clear Tremendous cares about their service. I plan to continue to set up all the features in our account as we continue to use it. Using Tremendous has been very helpful for our workflow. Specifically, the automatic funds transfer from our connected bank account works instantly and mitigates prior waiting time. With other services, the wait time created a delay in participants receiving incentives. Another feature that I enjoy is the ability to customize email campaigns with merge codes that can be specific to our business. It lessens the individual steps required for each project payment and assists automation further.

It was also super easy to implement into our workflow. By just updating our language, this site allows incentive payments to go straight to the participants email address. There is no further action needed on their end besides clicking the link and deciding for themselves which site or method they'd like to receive incentives from. There honestly isn’t much to dislike. If I had to be nitpicky, the most challenging part was setting up the bank connection, mainly because our bank requires two-factor authentication, which made it harder to use the verification tool seamlessly. That said, it felt more like a limitation on our side rather than an issue with Tremendous itself. Once the account was verified, everything worked smoothly and we haven’t had any issues since. The support team is super helpful! Every time I reach out, they get back to me really fast with a solution ready – no back and forth needed. It's been a really smooth experience overall.
