**What do you like best about Tremendous?**

I cannot say enough good things about Tremendous. It is incredibly easy to use, and it makes payment-related administrative tasks a breeze.  Features I love the most: (1) that I can send out rewards in bulk by uploading a .csv file with names and emails, (2) that there is a clear record of all of my payments that I can further label with additional identification information, (3) that Tremendous values privacy and transparency, and (4) that I can see my remaining balance on the main page. Tremendous saves me so much time when paying my research participants, and I feel confident that I have a clear audit trail in case I ever need to verify my payment history. It's also great that recipients can choose what type of payment they want as well. I was previously offering to pay participants across a variety of electronic platforms, and it just became too much. This is the perfect solution to offer participants flexibility while also making it easy for me from an administrative standpoint! I honestly recommend Tremendous to all of my colleagues who are setting up studies and will need to pay participants. It has been a game changer for my work, and I will undoubtedly keep using it for all of my future studies. As an update, this product also made tracking and tax preparation super straightforward.

**What do you like best about Tremendous?**

I work for Assisting Hands HomeCare In Lee's Summit Missouri and i am a Staffing Coordinator. I use Tremendous a lot to send out gift cards to Caregiver's for doing a great job taking care of there clients. We also send out Tremendous gift cards for google reviews and other rewards.. We also use it to buy lunch for staff members for their accomplishment and birthdays! So fun! It's so exciting when you get an email stating you have received an  email stating you have a gift card waiting for you from tremendous! It is like  a fun surprise! Not boring at all! Tremendous

 
If you do lots or little events and use drawings, its the best tool to quickly send the winner the e-gift card! Easy poesy to send out an email!

With Tremendous it makes it easy to send them the link to their email or cellphone. Then the Caregiver's have quite the option of gift cards to choose from. It's so fun to be able to use Tremendous in a positive,  and rewarding way. One of the things i like best is how the site is very easy to use! It is very straightforward. The vendors of Tremendous use wonderful vendors so that there can be a wide range of gift card choices to use. Several members of our company use it to be able to send e gift cards. Tremendous is well suited for businesses giving gift cards to employees as a reward or to research participants as thanks/compensation for their time. It's not like a cash sharing software between friends. It is also best for relatively small amounts of money because the sender runs the risk of sending the reward to the wrong email. I am amazed to find a product that is truly at NO cost and so easy to use. The platform goes from small spot rewards up to managing tax documents for larger awards. I wish all the software I used was this effective! The features in Tremendous are exceptionally useful and powerful! 

I love that we can add information, ease of implementation, great customer service, frequency of use. The fact that the software makes it easy to bulk together different choices of gift cards for one order to different people, is phenomenal. Definitely makes the process easy to implement for frequency of use. With the price of how much the fee is at the local store to purchase just a single gift card, makes Tremendous the best resource and company to use. The fee's for purchasing 1 gift card at a local store is very high in price. I have told all my friends, neighbor, colleagues etc how amazing and easy Tremendous it is to use! Avoid the fee's and go with Tremendous. It is a no brainer. You don't have to leave your home to go out and buy a gift card anymore. 

Tremendous also as a great response to any issues you may have! You can contact them by email and chat bot. They are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues or questions you may have!! You can track all your rewards you send out in one place! You can change and get refund as needed to! So many options and choices you have with using Tremendous. Another great tool is you can customize the amount you would like to send, the ease of this amazing integration is smart! The variety of options for redeeming digital gift cards especially, being able to donate it to charity) makes it appealing to wider proportion of people. This way it's a better incentive for our customers to participate in research activities. We can send gift cards quickly, as a team, without having to wait for accounting to send them as a batch (as we did previously with Amazon gift cards.  It is also best for relatively small amounts of money because the sender runs the risk of sending the reward to the wrong email.

It saves the company time when we do not have to leave the office, to send out a gift card. It's literally a click of a button! How coinvent! As a company it is so important to be able to use software that is all around useful and cost affective to the business. Ease of implementations is so important to us as a whole company. I love how we can implement and had users to the account. Tracking and being able to verify who has redeemed/received their reward is vital and has saved us money from replacing physical gift cards we used to mail that may have been undeliverable.

I also like the  option to control the benefits themselves and ability to prepare the reward in advance as it helps when I am sending a batch of rewards. Overall, Tremendous is a wonderful program/software to use. I would be lost in fee's and going into stores to search out different types of gift cards. Because not all stores have a lot of gift cards in stock and they all charge different fee's to use them! The product is simple to use and the best part is you don't have to be tech savy to use it! Don't waste your time using any other company but Tremendous. This is truly a blessing to have them for our company!! I love being able to use Tremendous every day! I get so excited to be able to send gift cards out. It truly makes my whole day/week to make someone smile! Its one of the most rewarding tools to look forward to using!

**What do you dislike about Tremendous?**

I would love to see more personalization and more ways to pay for gift cards. That would be so helpful. 
Another thing i would like to see is to be able to actually call and speak to an agent. I think speaking to an agent sets the tone for Tremendous Customer Service. I personally feel that works better for me. I dont always have time to text  to chat or try to explain and sometimes it can be tough to text and not make it sound confusing. It would be so simple to just call

Not everyone likes to use email or chat. This would be helpful because some Caregiver's are not up to speed with technology or don't have access to internet.

When sending rewards to emails the receiver can sometimes be mistaken for spam. Another thing is he user interface can feel, at times, bulky/cumbersome. Perhaps fewer steps (drag and drop options, commonly used selections) to get through the selection and entry process would be helpful. Another idea would be able to combine the gift cards that are from the same stores. That would be a great tool so we don't have to keep track of each balance on every gift cards we have. Having them open 24/7 would also be helpful.

One of the newer aspects of Tremendous that I’ve especially grown to appreciate is how easy it is to send rewards directly to individuals while still giving them full control over how they receive those rewards. This flexibility is incredibly valuable, particularly when working with diverse groups of people who may have different preferences for gift cards, digital payouts, or other reward options. Instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all solution, Tremendous empowers recipients to choose what works best for them, which greatly increases satisfaction and engagement.
From the sender’s perspective, the process is intuitive and efficient. The platform makes it simple to distribute rewards quickly without requiring extensive setup or manual tracking. Being able to send a reward with confidence—knowing that the recipient will be able to select a payout method that suits their needs—removes a lot of uncertainty and friction from the process. This is especially helpful when managing incentives at scale or when rewarding individuals across different locations and financial preferences.
Another standout benefit is how this choice-driven approach reflects a thoughtful understanding of user experience. Overall, Tremendous has been a reliable and effective platform for managing payouts and incentives over the long term. It has streamlined our payment processes, reduced manual work, and provided a generally smooth experience for both administrators and recipients. The platform is intuitive, integrations are solid, and payouts are usually processed accurately and without issue, which has made it a valuable tool in our daily operations.
That said, there is one area where Tremendous could improve, particularly for teams that operate outside of traditional business hours. After hours, there appears to be a hold placed on funds, which can delay payouts until the next business day. Because our team works night shifts, this delay slows down our overall workflow. When payouts cannot be confirmed or completed until the following day, it creates a bottleneck in processes that otherwise move quickly during overnight hours.
While this limitation doesn’t significantly detract from the overall quality of the platform, it does impact efficiency for businesses that operate 24/7 or rely on real-time or near-real-time payouts. Extending processing availability, offering clearer communication around after-hours funding timelines, or providing an option for expedited processing could greatly enhance the experience for night-shift or global teams.
In the long term, Tremendous remains a strong and dependable solution that we trust for incentive and payout management. With some improvements around after-hours fund availability, it could become even more versatile and better suited for organizations with nontraditional operating schedules.

**What do you like best about Tremendous?**

I’ve been using Tremendous as a People Operations Manager for a while now, and honestly, it’s made my job so much easier when it comes to recognizing and rewarding our team. The platfrom is very friendly and the navigation is really intuitive. The fact that we can send gift cards to employees in any country, all from one place, has been a huge time-saver for our global team because we don’t have to deal with different vendors and worry about whether a reward would actually reach someone in another region. It is seamless, and we don’t have to stress about logistics.
We also appreciate the flexibility. We use Tremendous not just for spot recognition, but also for things like team lunches, celebrating birthdays, or even sending a quick thank-you for a job well done. The variety of options means there’s something for everyone, which is important in a diverse company like ours. On the admin side, adding funds is very quick and easy. Whether I use a credit card or bank account, the money shows up almost instantly, so there’s no lag when we want to send out rewards.

I’ve also used Tremendous myself as a recipient, and I can say from experience that redeeming a reward is just as easy as sending one. You can use your reward right from your phone wallet or online, which is super convenient. And I also appreciate the fact that you get purchase notifications and updated balance.
 I’ve heard from a lot of employees that they love how fast and simple it is, and that positive feedback means a lot. Overall, Tremendous has become an essential part of our recognition program, and I’d recommend it to any company looking for a reliable and user-friendly solution.

**What do you dislike about Tremendous?**

From a company perspective, I don’t have any complaints. However, speaking as an individual, I did run into a limitation in the past. There was a time when I wanted to send money to someone in another country for a personal reason, but I realized Tremendous is only set up for business accounts. It would be fantastic if, in the future, individuals could also sign up and use the platform to send gift cards or rewards to friends and family internationally. I think this feature would open up a lot of possibilities and make the platform even more useful.

As mentioned before it reduces logistics work since we can send gift cards to employees in any country, all from one place and its cost effectiveness since we don't have to use many vendors and worry about whether a reward would actually reach someone in another region.

I regularly use Tremendous to send incentives, and it’s been a smooth and reliable platform to work with. It’s easy to send rewards in different currencies, which is really helpful when the recipients are in different countries. I also like that we can customize the emails and reward pages with our company branding, which makes the communication look more professional.

The dashboard is simple and easy to navigate. It’s quick to check the status of rewards, see when emails were sent, and look at detailed timestamps if needed. Sending incentives to multiple recipients in one batch is also very convenient and saves a lot of time. There are plenty of reward options available as well, which gives recipients flexibility in how they redeem their incentive.

The support team has also been responsive whenever I’ve needed help. The receipt emails we get after sending rewards are useful too, especially for keeping records and referring back to them later.

**What do you dislike about Tremendous?**

Sometimes the platform flags recipient email addresses as invalid even though they are active and correctly formatted. In those cases, it would be helpful to have a bit more flexibility to retry or update the same email address for a failed delivery without running into validation issues.

The bulk upload feature for sending rewards is very convenient and definitely saves time. However, tracking the progress of those uploads could be easier. At the moment, it’s not very simple to get a quick overview of the status of all incentives sent in a batch. A clearer summary or a more detailed dashboard view for bulk uploads would make it much easier to monitor deliveries without having to check each recipient one by one.

It helps streamline the process of distributing incentives while keeping a clear and organized record of all payouts. The status tracking feature makes it easy to see which participants have not yet claimed their rewards. It also supports payments in multiple currencies and reduces a lot of manual work through the bulk upload feature, which saves a significant amount of time when sending incentives to many recipients.

Previous Response: I love the ease of use when it comes to uploading our monthly payouts to our customers. The process is smooth, intuitive, and saves us so much time each month. It’s nice not having to jump through hoops or deal with a confusing interface—everything is laid out clearly and is easy to follow. What really makes it even better is the flexibility it offers to our customers. There are so many different options available for how they can choose to redeem their rewards. Whether they prefer digital gift cards, store credits, or even a direct deposit, there’s something for everyone. Most of our customers are especially excited about the ability to transfer the funds directly into their checking accounts. That convenience is a big win, and they appreciate being able to access their rewards in a way that works best for them. While there is a small fee associated with sending it to a bank account, it’s not outrageous—and honestly, the value and convenience far outweigh the cost. It’s a fair trade-off that most are happy to make. Customer support is always quick to respond if i have any questions. Overall, this system has been a great tool for us, and we’ve seen really positive feedback from our customers since. The ease of use has also been a huge plus.

**What do you like best about Tremendous?**

As a Tech Partner Manager, I regularly use Tremendous to manage and distribute rewards, and it’s become an invaluable tool in my day-to-day work. What stands out most is how simple and intuitive the platform is — the UI is clean, onboarding was fast, and even team members who aren’t particularly tech-savvy are able to use it with ease.

We’ve used Tremendous for partner incentives, thank-you gifts, and rewards after webinars and campaigns. The flexibility in reward options (gift cards, prepaid cards, even charity donations) makes it easy to tailor the experience to each recipient. The ability to personalize messages and branding has also added a really nice touch.

On the backend, I appreciate the detailed reporting and tracking capabilities — it gives me full visibility into what’s been sent, redeemed, or needs follow-up. And the support team is always fast and helpful whenever we need guidance.

Overall, Tremendous has streamlined what used to be a pretty manual and inconsistent process. It’s saved us time, made our reward programs more scalable, and helped strengthen our partner relationships. Highly recommend!

As a Tech Partner Manager working with collaborators and stakeholders across multiple regions, one of the recurring challenges I face is recognizing contributions and showing appreciation in a meaningful, scalable, and hassle-free way—especially when it involves partners in different countries. Tremendous has been a game-changer in solving these pain points.

**What do you like best about Tremendous?**

It’s really easy to use, and the catalog is quite broad across most countries. It saves a ton of back-and-forth between our research team and finance when it comes to approving gift cards: they simply transfer a balance, and we handle the rest. Then we just rinse and repeat once the balance hits zero. It’s also very straightforward to see which gift cards you have sent and who they were sent to. There is also an analytics section where you can see which cards were redeemed the most, and in which regions, which is a nice insigt. If you notice that you made a mistake and sent it to the wrong person, it is possible to cancel it before the gift card is redeemed, which can be a saver.

**What do you dislike about Tremendous?**

In the order history, you can filter by campaign. However, you can’t filter by campaign in the reward history, even though the reward history is different from the order history because you can actually see recipient details on the dashboard. It feels like a minor inconvenience, but when you’re trying to find a recipient and can’t remember their name, or when you’re trying to create a report, it becomes difficult to check orders or rewards one by one.

I also couldn’t find a way to add a note to a reward for internal purposes. I once used the Internal ID feature (which is meant for something else), but it did the trick in a pinch. While looking at the dashboard filters, I noticed there’s a Sender Note section, but I couldn’t figure out how to add a sender note when sending the gift card. That might be my oversight, but I’d really like to find where that option is.

Another downside is that there aren’t as many reward options in some countries. For example, there’s no option for a big e-commerce site in Turkey. When I reached out to support, they said Germany has the option and that it can be used instead. What support doesn’t seem to account for is that Turkey has high import fees, which makes it very unlikely for a recipient to purchase from Germany. Because of that, we still use another process for Turkish recipients, and I’d love to start using Tremendous for that purpose as well.

Despite these minor UX inconveniences and the catalog gap for Turkey, Tremendous saves me a big headache overall, and I really appreciate it for that.

**What problems is Tremendous solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a workflow for sending gift cards that included adding the gift card to cart, letting finance know, and once they make the purchase let the recepient know. As much as we automate, there was still much manual work. We could not create campaigns like we can on Tremendous, I would have things copied and pasted over and over again to send a batch of gift cards. And of course we had to wait for finance team's convenience, which sometimes would take long and the recipient would get nervous about getting their gift. Another major problem was that, we did not have the options we have with Tremendous now. We used to have only one option, and would need to create accounts and log into different websites for different countries, that was a major headache. Thanks to Tremendous, all of these problems are solved!

Using Tremendous has been a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was straightforward and user-friendly. From the moment I received the reward notification, everything was clearly explained and easy to follow. I appreciated how quickly I was able to access the platform and redeem my reward without any issues.

The wide variety of reward options available made it even better—there was something for everyone. The platform is well-designed and intuitive, making the whole experience feel smooth and efficient.

What I really liked is how stress-free the entire process was. It only took a few minutes, and everything worked exactly as expected. I didn’t have to reach out for support or deal with any delays.

For me, this has been a big time-saver. It eliminates the hassle of choosing, purchasing, and sending out rewards individually. Plus, recipients get the flexibility to choose what’s most useful to them, which makes the rewards more meaningful and appreciated.

It’s also helpful from an administrative standpoint—everything is tracked in one dashboard, making reporting and follow-up much easier.

We have been using tremendous for over two years and absolutely love it. We are able to send gift cards to staff across the states and even in other countries. it makes it easy to send and receive. We have now been using it for staff incentives within our company and they love it as well. I love that you can upload an excel doc and it is all done for you in seconds.

There is nothing we would currently change with this program. When you upload the funds, they are entered in quickly and it is easy to use.

From a research agency perspective, Tremendous is one of the few platforms that genuinely understands international reality. We regularly run studies across the UK, Europe, North America and beyond, and Tremendous handles currencies, reward types, and participant preferences without us needing to stitch together multiple local suppliers or manual workarounds. The ability for participants to choose their own reward is a huge win — it dramatically reduces friction, confusion, and follow-up queries.

The platform itself is intuitive and well designed. It’s easy for our team to upload recipients, automate rewards, track delivery, and reconcile payments. Reporting is clear and finance-friendly, which makes a big difference when incentives are tied to client billing and audit requirements. In some markets, extremely niche or hyper-local reward options aren’t always available, which may matter for very specific audience groups. That said, the breadth of global rewards already covered more than meets our needs in the vast majority of cases, and the trade-off for consistency and reliability is worth it.

For more complex or highly bespoke incentive logic (for example, staggered payments triggered by multiple conditions), you may need to use the API rather than relying solely on the UI. This isn’t really a negative, but it does mean that teams without technical support may need a bit of setup time for advanced use cases.
These are minor considerations rather than deal-breakers, and they don’t detract from the overall value Tremendous delivers day to day.

Tremendous cover most of the markets that we operate in, which helps with many headaches we have been dealing with in the past. Not being able to use foreign credit cards in the local market has been a real challenge in the past when operating out of a single office in Europe. Tremendous is easy to set up and easy to use. As an admin, it's easy to delegate the incentivizing and easily track spendings over multiple projects. The ability to offer several options for the redemption of incentives is a huge plus for our participants. All in all, Tremendous has improved our ability to recruit and saved us time and money previously spent on figuring out how to incentivize participants on our projects. Huge thanks for creating such a fantastic product. They keep on adding new forms of payment, making the platform even more useful for user research.

We had some issues with the first couple of payments, which our bank flagged, but it was solved quickly. Invoices could be more detailed as well. I am a Data Energy Analyst. My company is partnering with Tremendous to issue client rewards on renewable assets. After using the platform for about six months, I think the overall experience is really positive.
The Tremendous platform is easy to work with, even for people without any previous experience. The bulk upload and download features are very useful and always operate really well. I have never encountered any reward issue or bug while using Tremendous, which is very important, especially for a platform related to incentive sending and reward tracking.
 
The search function is very powerful. A good feature is that when searching for a customer who has received multiple incentives, all the reward history pops up and is ordered by the time the rewards were sent. This helps a lot with our site checking and data validation.

If there is one thing I think could be improved to make the platform better for users, it is adding the reward status to the “Reward History” page. Currently, I need to open this page and click on a specific customer to check whether the rewards have been delivered, failed, or canceled. It would be great if this status showed as one of the columns on the main page, just like other variables such as amount, recipient name, email, and so on. Meanwhile, I would also like a feature that allows me, as a representative of my company who sends out the rewards, to check which rewards have been redeemed by customers in a timely manner. The reason for this is that our finance and budget team wants to track both the rewards we send and the rewards actually redeemed by customers. The marketing team can then reach out to customers if rewards take a long time to be redeemed, which would improve our customer feedback as well.

I run research all the time and paying participants is usually a hassle — Tremendous makes it simple for them to receive money with minimal friction. The automated templates are great too. I can set something up once and reuse it, which saves a lot of time and mental effort.

Whenever online gift cards are involved, there's always fear of scams or stealing financial info. Though the steps from claiming the card to redeeming the balance are quick, the https://www.vcdelivery.com/ page that you have to go through looks very dated and HTML-y, in a way that could sound the alarms of someone who's already wary of scam sites. A simple redesign I think would put users at ease.

I have just completed my first few transactions as someone who switched over from a different gift card application to Tremendous. The process so far has been pretty simple and easy to use making it enjoyable. I think my favorite part of using Tremendous thus far is the ability to send multiple gift cards at once to different users which I wasn't able to do in the past. This has allowed my work flow as someone who is very busy every day to increase giving me back some of my valuable time which is very useful. I think the interface has allowed me to more organized in my ability to log all of the gift cards that I have sent to help logging for my company. This is super nice when I use the ability to log a salesforce account in the payment to help me remember who and why I was sending the gift card.

I wish it showed how much more I would need to put in to make it a flat amount. For example if I want to send a practice $40 they only get like 38.97 or something due to the fee. Can i change it so it shows how much I need to put in so the person I am sending a gift card to get the whole $40 and not some random amount? Please respond to this if there is a way to reconcile this issue.

Tremendous.com really makes rewarding leads and customers quick and easy.I must admit it took me a little bit of time to learn my way around the system, but much of what is available to use is relatively easy to understand. I like how there are many options for customizing the rewards. It was easy to add funds either using one or more bank accounts, or a credit card. I was able to implement the rewards into my business plans, and quickly start testing the system. I plan on using the rewards freqently as soon as I can create videos to explain how my rewards will be issued. it's really helpful that the use of the website doesn't cost anything beyond the value of the rewards issued. Customer support is excellent: I had to ask a question and the turn around time was very fast. It will be very easy to integrate their reward system into my business plans. I really like that you can customize the look of the reward that is emailed to the person being rewarded. It's now 2026 and I'm still using Tremendous.com in my business and I am really excited to increase the number of rewards I issue through the website.

Before we had to use other platforms which often had limited online voucher choices and or high expenses to use the platform. The flex of choices too has made life easier as rewards can appeal to recievers based on their lifestyle.

Tremendous is an easy solution to incentivize our customers for actions we find desirable.

Setting everything up in Tremendous is very intuitive and frictionless:
- There is a prebuilt and slightly customizable email campaign template that is easy to edit and personalize
- You can choose between digital rewards and physical Visa cards, so all customer wishes can be fulfilled
- There are over 2,000 options for digital rewards, including prepaid Visa cards and tons of gift cards for every shop imaginable
- Multiple options to deliver the reward – either via email, SMS, shipping or even placing a bulk order of prepaid credit cards to accommodate to every possible scenario

I use Tremendous about once a week. Every time the rewards is sent to the customer basically within seconds. You just follow a very intuitive workflow in the product's interface, so there's no way you can mess up the process. The first ever order took a few hours to process and for the customer to receive their incentive but the preceding orders are processed within seconds, so there are no grumpy messages coming your way, asking "where is my gift or credit card".

It's also safe to use as there is possible to set up an order renewal process and if a customer with the same email has received a lot of rewards, they have to fill out a W-9 form.

When credit card is set as a payment method, there is an extra 3% fee for each order. However, if you connect straight to a bank account, there's no extra fee but our business can only use the credit card.

While Tremendous is excellent overall, there are a few areas where improvements could make it even better.

One limitation is the inability to send rewards directly from our internal CRM. Currently, rewards must be sent through the Tremendous domain, which presents a branding challenge. Having the option to integrate this functionality seamlessly into our existing CRM would enhance the user experience, maintain branding consistency, and allow for better tracking. For example, understanding how users engage with the rewards—whether via email or SMS—and monitoring fulfillment rates would provide valuable insights for optimization.

Another area for improvement is transparency in bulk reward pricing. As we plan to scale our reward program, having more detailed and upfront pricing information would be incredibly helpful for budgeting and planning. This is something we hope to see in future updates as Tremendous continues to evolve.

Over the last couple of months I've been looking into various tools to reward participants on our product interviews. At first, we were giving out Amazon gift cards, but received some interesting feedback that it would not work in some countries. Tremendous was the next best option we could find, and it is a much greater one as we can now give Visa cards which people can use for whatever they want. Not only is it easy for me to send them out, and I do it every week, but it is also easy for the interviewees to use. One of them sent me a message on Linkedin shortly after receiving it saying they thought it was too good to be true, but that it worked perfectly! Also, I love that their prices are really fair. I've both used direct payment with the small fee and added funds to our wallet. Both methods are fast and easy to use, 

I still haven't used the donation option, but I really like the fact that it is available. We believe it may be great for C-Level Staff gifts. I can also see many more uses for Tremendous, and certainly we will be trying out many of them over the next few months. We just started in October, but I feel like this is a tool that will be in use throughout my whole career.

I like that Tremendous has low credit card fees, as low as 3%. We used to work with Vanilla Gift Cards, which charged over 20% per transaction, so the 3% really stands out to me. I love that Tremendous offers an option to use a bank account without any fees. There are many options for us to choose from, and I love the seamless process. It's quick and easy, and I've received gift cards from other companies through Tremendous. I love the updates it sends with the card balance, and the notifications via messages and emails.

It's a little annoying that whenever I add the funds, it has to be approved, and it says that it could take about a day. I've seen it be quickly approved within the hour, but I wish that if we add those funds, they would automatically be added to the account. Another thing is, when looking at the different options like ice cream shops, there weren't many options to choose from in that specific category. So, even though there are a lot of options, maybe branching out to other companies would be a great idea.

Having a sandbox environment enabled us to test our entire process before going into production.

Everything can be automated via the API, but it is also possible to manually send single or grouped gift cards. Our customers are happy to be able to choose which gift card to get. There is a large quantity of gift cards possible to send to our customers whatever the country.

We can create alert to be warn when our credit is low.

We've recently discovered two features: that an organization may have different wallets for different teams, and that refunds are possible. We're seeing growing interest in Tremendous in our organization and this is great news for us. 

**What do you dislike about Tremendous?**

It would be great if the preview of the message and webpage would be available not just for Tremendous users but for someone without an account. We have a large team of product managers that send out prizes via API and don't access Tremendous while doing so. Unfortunately, previews are available only for teammates registered on Tremendous. Also, we would love to have notifications about new gift options showing up. Apart from that, it seems that the choice of charities is quite limited outside the US. 

**What problems is Tremendous solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to rely on an internal automation that only distributed Amazon gift cards to research participants. While it worked for some regions, it quickly became a major limitation as our research went global. Amazon gift cards are not redeemable in every country, and even in regions where they are available, recipients often run into currency mismatches, regional restrictions, or limited product selection. For many users, especially those outside North America or Western Europe, it felt like receiving a reward they couldn’t truly use.

We also had persistent challenges rewarding participants in China, where Amazon gift cards hold little to no value and local options are essential. Our previous system simply couldn’t accommodate this, leading to manual workarounds and frustrated participants.

I didn’t have to contact anyone at Tremendous, and I didn’t need to watch any tutorial either. It’s really simple and clear to understand how to use the platform. Also, the validation times to send the prepaid digital cards were shorter than the times stipulated, which is awesome.

For international companies, it’s greatly appreciated to be able to provide prepaid cards to employees around the globe that can be used in more than 200 countries. The countries where we operate are included. Employees were able to use the digital card in different kinds of businesses; it was easy to make purchases and it felt secure. Employees also had the freedom to choose where to spend the money and what to buy according to their needs.

Like any prepaid card, if you have money left, you need to make a purchase for the exact remaining amount (or less). Otherwise, you can’t use the leftover balance.

We're a small business and don't have a tech team, however the platform is so easy to use you don't need to be a tech whiz to successfully implement the platform. We utilize Tremendous on a weekly basis as part of our processes which has streamlined them a lot.

Our account manager is fantastic to work with, however sometimes the general support team doesn't understand the challenges we are trying to explain to them, so at times we have to escalate to our account manager which he then is able to help us get addressed. It does add an extra step and we lose a little time though.

Our use case varies a bit from the typical Tremendous use case as most companies I see are utilizing Tremendous to send gift cards as rewards. We use Tremendous to send payment to collegiate athletes and we love Tremendous because it offers payout options of Venmo (which is so popular with college students!), PayPal and pre-paid cards. The ability to upload a CSV simplifies our process as we can easily pull data from our systems and upload it in bulk to Tremendous. It has saved us so much time from our previous manual processes.  Another feature we appreciate is the ability to send payments via text. College athletes aren't the best at checking their email but are always on their phones so text messaging is the most effective way to communicate with them.

We've been using it more heavily over the past year and it continues to deliver - the setup for each new campaign is fast, the reward selection is broad enough to suit participants across different regions and international sending is still seamless. The dashboard gives us exactly the tracking we need to manage monthly sends without any manual overhead. Customer support has stayed consistently good as our volume has grown.

Still the same minor gripes - deeper email branding customisation would be great for research contexts where the participant experience matters. Managing and using this platform is incredibly straightforward. I really appreciate the flexibility it offers when selecting a product, setting a value, and choosing different ways to send a gift. The overall concept is excellent, especially since we use it for both rewards and gifts. Additionally, tracking and organizing order history is very user-friendly. Last, creating and sending an order is simple, which makes our lives easier as we use it all the time.

I think it would be helpful to have an option to select rewards by country, such as a US-only option, or options for the UK, Mexico, and so on. While I appreciate the wide variety of choices available, it would be much more convenient if, for those of us based in the US or with US-based customers, there was a simple way to select all US options at once. Additionally, I had trouble finding a way to manage the expiration dates on the gifts. Some clients mentioned they only had one day to redeem their reward, which seems too short. Uploading bulk entries through CSV works smoothly, and there’s a great selection of gift cards that appeals to a wide range of preferences. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, creating a positive overall experience. I’ve also found the customer support team to be very responsive and helpful whenever questions come up, which makes managing the program much easier.

The current selection of gift cards is solid, but it would be great to see new options added more regularly to keep the catalog fresh. For global employees, automatically applying currency conversion would make the experience smoother and help avoid any confusion around value. It would also be beneficial if rewards could be split across multiple gift cards, giving recipients more flexibility in how they choose to use their reward.

Tremendous continues to be a great partner for our team. Recent updates have made international payouts even easier, which has been a huge advantage as our creator programs expand globally. Their customer support remains incredibly responsive and helpful as we manage multiple accounts across different branches of our business.

**What do you dislike about Tremendous?**

One improvement that would be helpful moving forward would be a dedicated customer support ticketing system for reward recipients. As our creator network grows, we often find ourselves troubleshooting on behalf of recipients—helping creators re-review rewards, check redemption statuses, confirm fees, or resolve payout questions. Having a streamlined support channel for recipients would help reduce back-and-forth and make the experience even smoother for both program managers and the creators receiving rewards.

Tremendous allows us to easily manage commission payouts at scale for affiliate programs run through our platform. By partnering with them, we’ve avoided the need to build out complex financial transaction tools in-house which has allowed us to focus on our core product.

**What do you like best about Tremendous?**

What I like best about Tremendous is that it’s a tool that mostly stays out of your way — and that’s a good thing. It’s straightforward, dependable, and does exactly what we need it to do: send out rewards quickly and without a lot of friction. The UI is clean and intuitive, and it doesn’t take a ton of training or back-and-forth to figure it out. Whether I’m sending a single reward or uploading a bulk list, the process is smooth and efficient. The range of reward options is solid, especially for U.S.-based recipients. You can choose from a bunch of different gift cards, prepaid cards, or even cash. Our recipients almost always find something they like, and we rarely get follow-up questions or complaints. I also like that you can customize the messaging and branding to make it feel a little more personal and on-brand. The reporting and tracking tools are also useful — they give us clear visibility into what’s been sent and whether it’s been redeemed. It’s not the most exciting tool we use, but that’s kind of the point. It quietly does what it’s supposed to without creating more work. We’ve folded it into several processes now, and it’s become a reliable go-to
