Despite Trello’s strengths, I frequently encounter frustration when trying to manage more complex, multi-layered projects. One of my main issues is the lack of native support for task dependencies; if a task is delayed, I have to manually update every related card, since the timeline doesn’t adjust automatically. As my boards expand, they tend to become cluttered and harder to navigate, and the 5,000-item limit in certain views poses a real bottleneck. I use Trello for keeping notes, documents, and links, and I like how it centralizes all data and keeps everyone on the team in the loop.
