"Flexible, Intuitive Boards That Scale Easily Across Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Trello?

Flexibilty, adaptability, and the diverse power up and interfaces to othe rtools and utliities and platforms. The wide range of subscription tiers made it easy to get started and scale up as needed. The user interface was intuative and allowed us to customize different boards for different teams and projects. Even our associate and junior engineers were able to get up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

As we scalled up it did become difficult to manage and interconnect the various projects for product owners and stakholders to see a 30,000 foot view of the full system. Also, it started to feel a little clunky and innefficient for none technical users to navigate around and get the information they needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Team and Project Management with Room for Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Trello?

I like how Trello helps me stay organized with my social media content using the cards and checklist. It's helpful that I can send these things to my team, ensuring we all have clear communication about what needs to be done. Using the cards and checklist to stay organized between the team is very valuable to us. The initial setup of Trello was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I feel like there could be more automation in Trello. I have not experienced any automation that works correctly for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Yet Powerful, But Needs Better Reporting"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Trello?

I use Trello for planning and keeping track across projects like marketing stuff and content plans. I love how simple it is, you don't need to learn anything to get started. The visual aspect is great, being able to see a whole project laid out and knowing the status makes a big difference. Power-ups are solid; they transform it from a simple board into something really useful for day-to-day tasks. The calendar power-up is especially helpful, and integration with Slack, Google Drive, and others is very important and easy too. Things are easy to share, with no unnecessary complications. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

It can get messy fast. Things look straightforward, but once you have a load of cards, people, and comments, it's a scroll-fest. Reporting is limited too. If you want proper insight, progress tracking, workload - that sort of thing, you have to bolt on other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the simcplicity to create faster a board tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Based on other tools, I think I don't like that it doesn't create its own identifiers to keep track of the ticks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ease of use for organizing tasks from the first day"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Trello?

What I value most is the ease of use. With the initial setup and the three basic lists (ToDo, WIP, and Done), you can start organizing your pending tasks immediately and have better control over what needs to be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

The management of archived or deleted items is not very intuitive, and overall, the process becomes cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Prioritization, Needs Better Tracking"
4/5
What do you like best about Trello?

I use Trello to prioritize my work, manage my daily to-dos, and organize projects. It helps me organize my work and define my priorities. I like the easy creation of lanes and moving tickets, just drag and drop, even within the same lane to define my priority. The initial setup of Trello was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

The history feature is lacking in Trello. When I edit the description, it doesn't record when it was edited. It would be better if the comments section showed history, like who made changes, what was changed, and when it was changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Task Management with User-Friendly UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Trello?

I really like the drag and drop features in Trello; it was easy to use, and I enjoyed using it. The UI is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate for any user. Trello was the first task management system I ever used, and though I was a bit nervous at first, it turned out to be very easy to navigate. All the features were very self-explanatory, and the UI of Trello is well-researched to suit any person of any level of technical understanding. The initial setup was very easy and convenient for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

When I was using Trello, I felt like there were limitations on user display information. For example, there are multiple tasks, so we were informed to join the task so that other people know someone is working on it, and there's no need to address it. But there was another person with the same initials as mine, 'MD', in the firm, so both were shown as 'MD' in the task. If they allowed adding a picture icon, it would really solve this kind of issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visual Task Management with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Trello?

I love Trello for the visual aspect, the ease of use, and how it keeps me on track. It just brings my to-do list to an easy-to-see page and makes it easier to move tasks around. In one glance, I can see what my priorities are for the day, the week, etc. I can easily change the status of a task or update what needs to be done. The initial setup was super easy, even on the free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I wish it could be like a calendar view in a way. So that something that is for tomorrow would appear as today the next day. Just having the option of doing daily to-do lists that would move gradually as days go by. Outstanding tasks would be in red or move to the following day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Visualizing and Organizing Projects in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about Trello?

It helps me visualize tasks and projects. It creates cards that let me centralize and organize everything in one place, so I’m not constantly trying to track down information scattered everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

There are lots of useful power-ups and features locked behind a subscription. The way you use the power-ups can also be a bit daunting, and setting them up sometimes takes more effort than I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
