As we scalled up it did become difficult to manage and interconnect the various projects for product owners and stakholders to see a 30,000 foot view of the full system. When I was using Trello, I felt like there were limitations on user display information. For example, there are multiple tasks, so we were informed to join the task so that other people know someone is working on it, and there's no need to address it. But there was another person with the same initials as mine, 'MD', in the firm, so both were shown as 'MD' in the task.
