When Trello goes down, I'm lost with my work organization. I also don't see much reason to pay for Trello unless necessary to keep the board active. It would be better if Trello integrated more with Google Meet because now we have to share screens during calls to view the board. My favorite thing about Trello is how easy it is to use and how well it collaborates with the entire team, allowing me to tag somebody and use my whole platform to share with the team. I also love that it's very clean to look at. Like, the entire board is just very easily read. Visibility is beautiful. I can easily use the cards to create a flow. I can use due dates and color code the board to know what needs to be started, what's in progress, and what needs approval. Several tools like that in Trello just make it super visibly easy to use and to make a workflow. At first it used to be the learning curve but once you get used to it, it's fairly easy and intuitive. I’ve been using Trello for what feels like forever—for personal projects, professional tasks, and everything in between. It’s still the easiest way to see what everyone is working on without having to constantly ask for updates. It starts to feel a bit messy once a project gets really big. When you’re dealing with hundreds of cards on a single board, it becomes hard to find what you’re looking for, and it doesn’t have the deeper reporting you get with larger tools. I also wish more of the "Power-Ups" were built-in features by default. Having to add a separate plugin just to get a simple calendar view or track time feels like an unnecessary extra step that really shouldn’t still be there in 2026.
