"Keeps Projects Organized and Collaboration Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Trello?

I really like Trello because it keeps everything organized in a visual, easy-to-follow way. The boards, lists, and cards make it simple to track projects, share updates, and collaborate with others without anything getting lost. I also appreciate how flexible it is—I can customize each board to fit exactly what I need, whether it’s managing tasks, planning timelines, or keeping documents in one place. Overall, it helps me stay clear, focused, and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

One thing I dislike about Trello is that it can feel limited when managing more complex projects. As boards grow, they can become cluttered, making it harder to find information quickly. Some features that would improve workflow—like advanced reporting, automation, or detailed task dependencies—often require paid upgrades or third-party add-ons. Because of that, Trello sometimes feels better suited for simple task tracking than for fully structured project management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the layout of the Kanban board views, and how each individual card can hold so many powerful features to support detailed and robust project management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I particularly do not like its mobile app as it is so buggy and difficult to maneuver. The lag is insane even after I let it buffer to update the trello board from the last time I opened it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
