No parsers ever available for new products we would wish to send logs for. Every feature request or parser request turned into a Pay to uprgade instance. The interface is from the 80s, and hard to find everything. **What problems is Trellix Enterprise Security Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** None at all ### 2. Sometimes I'll want to open Chrome, but McAfee doesn't allow it. I download a file, and McAfee deleted it, even though it's clean. It also comes with an annoying popup saying Activate when we've purchased it and it is activated. Lastly, it slows down our desktops a LOT. The background scans take up too many resources and we can barely do our work. **Recommendations to others considering Trellix Enterprise Security Manager:** If you lik buggy software that slows your PC down, go ahead. It may have some benefits but to me, the performance hit and the constant annoyances ruin it for me. **What problems is Trellix Enterprise Security Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that we have fixed with this is just students downloading cracked games or virus ridden stuff.
