It makes the workflow hard. Adds layers of protection. The user interface of the application is intuitive and difficult to navigate for both beginners and experienced users. **What do you dislike about Trellix Endpoint Security?** MVISION EDR provides some features like real time visibility and effective alerting there are an aspects that I find disappointing. Firstly the categorization of alarms lacks depth and specificity making it difficult for analysts to accurately evaluate the severity of a threat. The data visualization feature of the tool is adaptable it falls short in providing insights, which hinder analysts those with limited experience from making well informed decisions. **What problems is Trellix Endpoint Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** MVISION EDR unable to solve the issue of an user interface ultimately benefiting our business by providing an more user friendly console experience. The platform is not user friendly, with an interface allowing us to navigate it smoothly. This not saves time. ### 2. Easy to install agents in the system. **What do you dislike about Trellix Endpoint Security?** There is not much control over the Admin Console of MVISION EDR. Also, the agents installed on the system are resource-hungry, installing other sensors. Almost 15 Services will run in the background to fulfill different processes, which an ideal EDR can do with a single agent and service. As Trellix has acquired McAfee, we don't know what will be the significant changes as Trellix have its own EDR/XDR solutions. **What problems is Trellix Endpoint Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** Blocking PUP, Malware, I guess and IPS/IDS. ### 3. This has allowed us to better protect and prepare our organization for future threats. ### 4. The program is easy to navigate and communication is easy to do within the program itself. **What do you dislike about Trellix Endpoint Security?** Little to no assistance in designing threat intelligence, only good for infrastructure that is already in place. **Recommendations to others considering Trellix Endpoint Security:** I recommend using in conjunction with another product that helps design computer security **What problems is Trellix Endpoint Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** FireEye provides advanced protection for threats in data theft and firewall breaching. The quick communication/notification pathways and easy to navigate program make it easy to work. ### 5. I have had McAfee freeze several times trying to login.
