Very BAD!!! **What problems is Trellix Endpoint Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is enf point protection. But we don't know enough whether it did the job. ### 2. EPO is complex to get right but powerful. **What do you dislike about Trellix Endpoint Security?** Resource heavy and can cause issues on older hardware, firewall does not pick up existing domain settings and is complex / time consuming to configure. Will block remote access / remote support to end points in default config. Web control is of minimal use / functionality and causes more issues than it's worth. Biggest problem with McAfee is the lack of support even with an enterprise agreement. Calls don't get answered or returned and level one support (if you reach them) is terrible. Even though I like the product the lack of support is why we will not renew. **Recommendations to others considering Trellix Endpoint Security:** Look at other options, support is pure crap... **What problems is Trellix Endpoint Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** Network and end point security ### 3. It helped me feel safe and alerts me when there are potentially dangerous websites I am visiting or downloads I am attempting. I had the program for 4 years and didn't have a major security issue. **What do you dislike about Trellix Endpoint Security?** I disliked how time consuming the program is. It felt like it alerted me several times a day asking to do a scan or having detected something (often times it'll be a false positive that I've disregarded). Ultimately this is why I got rid of the program. **Recommendations to others considering Trellix Endpoint Security:** Reduce the number of alerts or allow for an easier customization to reduce these. Also, it would be intresting to see a price decrease to follow the "open-source" trends and prices. **What problems is Trellix Endpoint Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** The bottom line objective was to increase security as I and other employees had previously had virus issues. Our security improved overall and the number of security issues dropped. This was due to a combination of different security products among which McAfee Antivirus Plus. Ultimately, we replaced the program with another open source virus scan for reasons of cost and how time consuming it was. ### 4.
