McAfee Security for Email Servers does not meet expectations very much. **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** CrisTiaN B. | Soporte Tecnico, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2020 **What do you like best about Trellix Email Security?** MSE could be a good tool, as it is intuitive to handle. **What do you dislike about Trellix Email Security?** My experience with MSE is extensive, but despite that, I believe it is a tool that has been forgotten and left behind by the McAfee development team. **Recommendations to others considering Trellix Email Security:** McAfee Email Gateway was an effective and very good product, it is the direction that MSE should have. **What problems is Trellix Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** For many years, trying to defend mail servers like Exchange, but there is always something that bothers the client with the product, and I have ended up uninstalling. ### 2. McAfee event bothers to upgrade his GUI. -His AntiSpam motor doesn't protect all the threats. -Need an experienced partner to configure and customize all his features. The signature updates usually break more than they fix due to no error checking on the mcaffe side **Recommendations to others considering Trellix Email Security:** Review and ensure you have policy and change control in place as one change can halt all email for an organization if not careful. **What problems is Trellix Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spam control, has easy ways to interact with all the company user base and receive reports of spam for blocking or release messages to users and prevent workflow disruptions. ### 5.
