Trellis is the operating layer for short-term rentals. We automate the coordination that keeps property managers stuck (cleaning schedules, maintenance dispatch, guest communication, vendor management) so operators can focus on growing their portfolio and delivering exceptional guest experiences instead of putting out fires. Property management doesn't break because of strategy. It breaks because of coordination. Trellis fixes that layer. Meet your AI agents.
