**What do you like best about Trellis DCIM?**

trellis DCIM gives an excellent real time visibility of power, cooling & rack performance. The dashboards are very clear & easy to understand with accuracy and very helpful for day to day data center activities.

**What do you dislike about Trellis DCIM?**

Sometimes the system can feel slow & certain reports take longer to load.

**What problems is Trellis DCIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of scattered monitoring tools by giving a single dashboard for power cooling capacity & alarms.

**What do you like best about Trellis DCIM?**

Easy to understand. Easy to navigate. Good color and good feel to the GUI.

**What do you dislike about Trellis DCIM?**

It doesn't seem to be as in-depth as others. It could use more of a drill down to the minute levels.

**What problems is Trellis DCIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A visual representation of our Data Centers from a desktop perspective to help assist in understanding for all employees in the business.
