So when you have an A/B testing or other type of tests, you need an additional step to complete your segment. **What problems is Treasure Data Customer Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** For now I have no benefits using treasure data since my main role is tests on segmentations and I cannot do my whole job on the plataform. ### 2. Prototyping is also really and we can show tangible results to clients - speed to market is impressive. **What do you dislike about Treasure Data Customer Data Platform?** Documentation quality and itss access (advanced and basic features) are simply poor. Lack of technical knowledge of support even though they are very reactive.
