**What do you like best about traxy?**

The social listening angle is genuinely differentiated. Most lead gen tools point you at databases or give you keyword searches against job posts. Traxy identifies people who are actively engaging with content in your niche, on your own posts and on your competitors'. That's a completely different intent signal. Someone who liked a post from a competitor in your space is already in the market. That lead quality difference shows up in reply rates.

The ICP scoring layer on top of that is what makes it operationally usable. Without it, social listening surfaces a ton of noise: students, people in the wrong geography, junior employees who can't buy anything. The filter gets us to decision-makers only (CEOs, Founders, Heads of HR) in our target geographies before we even touch the list manually.

**What do you dislike about traxy?**

I would like for it to be an all in one and handle sending on linkedin too.

**What problems is traxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run outbound for a B2B recruitment firm, and lead quality was always the bottleneck. We were spending hours manually scrolling LinkedIn trying to figure out who engaged with our content, who was checking out competitors, and whether any of them actually matched our ICP. It was messy, inconsistent, and entirely dependent on whoever had time to do it
that week.

Traxy solved the sourcing and filtering problem in one shot. We set up two lead pools: people engaging with our own LinkedIn content, and people engaging with competitor profiles. Traxy tracks both automatically. Every week we log in, the leads are there, already scored against our ICP criteria: company size, seniority, geography, industry. We set our threshold at 70% fit score and only review what passes that bar.

**What do you like best about traxy?**

The signal-to-noise ratio. Most LinkedIn analytics tell you a post performed well. Traxy tells you which companies were paying attention — and for an agency selling to a specific type of client, that's the difference between broadcasting into the void and knowing exactly who to follow up with.

The account-level engagement history could go deeper.

LinkedIn was generating engagement but no clear pipeline. We had no way to connect content performance to actual companies worth talking to. Traxy closed that gap — now when a post lands, I know which accounts were in the audience, and outreach goes to people who've already shown interest rather than cold contacts who've never heard of us.

**What do you like best about traxy?**

It does the work you SHOULD do but that you don’t want to. Traxy surfaces warm leads and gives you a good analysis on why they are a good fit. It’s a lot easier / more encouraging to have a run-through of strong leads presented, rather than shooting outbound messages out into the open and hoping for the best.

**What do you dislike about traxy?**

I wish I could use this for competitor research. My audience isn’t the biggest, so I would love to know who is engaging with content that speaks to my business outside of my own posts.

**What problems is traxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outbound is miserable. No one wants a cold email for something they don’t need. Traxy tells you who is actually interested and in need of your services. I get leads that are relevant to me, which means the people I contact are actually grateful to be outbounded. Crazy.

**What do you like best about traxy?**

I really like how Traxy helps my team automate the identification of qualified leads through our linkedin engagements and allows us to secure new partnerships much faster than before. It really helps us weed out the "cold" prospects and surfaces the ones that are ready to talk + it takes over the data heavy side of outreach too and helps us maximize these relationships without increasing overhead a lot. Ever since using traxy, one of our team members has been able to extend her capabilities as if she's a team. The initial setup was also really straightforward, especially for the core features we needed. Identifying leads and scanning through prospects with our posts was quick and easy so we got to see the value immediately and upgraded our plan within 2 weeks of using it!

**What do you dislike about traxy?**

Ideally, I would want more features and integrations to additional tools in the future, but it's already great with this early version honestly. I'd like to see deeper workflow integrations, AEO gap analysis tools, news APIs, and a bunch of other cool nice-to-haves.

**What problems is traxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traxy basically does the heavy lifting on linkedin for us. It finds high-intent leads + handles the diligence and research work so we dont have to waste our time doing it manually or hitting dead ends. It's definitely a force multiplier and helps one person manage a large pipeline without drowning in spreadsheets or needing to hire a bigger team

I find the quality of the leads from Traxy to be higher than any other channel we use. The setup was incredibly easy, taking just five minutes to have a complete profile automating our leads.

I wish it integrated with all of my other social media apps. Right now it's only LinkedIn, but if I could qualify all my leads on Instagram and Twitter, that would be big.

I like how easy to use Traxy is. All you have to do is connect your profile, and I also like how actionable the data is because it tells me the exact people that I should be focused on. I love that Traxy helps me prioritize and focus on engaging with the right audience on LinkedIn. It takes a post that I put on LinkedIn and analyzes every single profile that engages with it, whether it's a like or a comment, and it tells me when someone is relevant for the business I'm building. Traxy makes it easy to quantify and qualify the right people that I should be turning into customers, instead of wasting my time on people who aren't relevant. I appreciate the integration with Slack which gives me notifications every time a relevant person engages with my content, and how simple the initial setup is, as all you have to do is provide your LinkedIn profile URL.

I would just like to see some new features, but I imagine that will happen in time.

I also appreciate the watchlist feature, which helps qualify my team and my engagement, plus it qualifies competitors' engagement too. I find the team, the leadership, and the product of Traxy to be excellent. Getting engagement on LinkedIn is made easier, and it qualifies the engagements for me, providing only a qualified lead list.
