I also like the ability to pull reports as well as the awesome customer service. **What do you dislike about Travitor?** I wish Travitor had a better search engine with one that was more specific and allowed the user to filter options. I also wish there was an option to preview a course or masquerade as a certain user in order to see the course from a different perspective rather than switch accounts each time. I dislike the organization of the home page and think that there would be a better way to layout the content with different sections that are in a relevant manner to the user. I also would love for the ability to go back to lessons that have been completed. Individual user-facing libraries would also be a great feature as well. This way we could group courses into like features. **Recommendations to others considering Travitor:** The ability to enter in trouble tickets would also be helpful! **What problems is Travitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Travitor we are able to have all of our eLearning content in one location, assign homework and prework, and upload different file types. ### 2. If you want to assign the same course as last year to the same learner, it requires copying the course and then re-assigning it. Taking the same course without copying doesn't exist. **What problems is Travitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Training on regulatory and internal office items.
