It has helped me in planning last-minute trips or vacations. I also like how it is broken up into vacations, resorts, gifts, trending etc. The site is intuitive and easy to use as well. I am indecisive and find that Travelzoo offers me a variety of options to choose from when I want to find a vacation spot. Being a centralized place for trip deals and resort packages is convenient and removes a lot of the burden of manually doing research. Being a free service is also a big positive. Since TravelZoo is essentially a middleman aggregator, the quality and reliability of the trip deals are sometimes questionable. I have heard of customers being misled by photos or options that seemed a lot nicer than they actually turned out being. What do you dislike about Travelzoo? After booking my trip, I got a few emails and messages for promotions. I tried to unsubscribe but still got promotional emails. Although I am a new user, I haven't found anything I dislike at this point. The system did freeze on me a few times, but that may have just been a one time thing. It is very easy to use and similar to other travel websites to find deals for hotels, restaurants, etc. The restaurant criteria is great since other travel sites don't always have this feature.
