**What do you like best about Travelzoo?**

The upside is easy to search travel packages, ready to book

**What do you dislike about Travelzoo?**

I do not like having to create an account in order to search or browse deals.  Would prefer to look without making an account, and creating an account only when ready to book something.

**What problems is Travelzoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to look separately for hotel/air/destination information.  It makes it easy and provides discounts

More advertising so that people know what they are.

Getting our name in front of our market can be difficult and the market is saturated so having that extra exposure is great.

**What do you like best about Travelzoo?**

Travel deals are good and well priced.  The website is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Travelzoo?**

Not as many high end trip options.  Vendors could be a little better

**What problems is Travelzoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem is low cost vacation options.  I can get insight into travel bargains.

Easy platform to expose new guests to brand

Little to no customer service if deal is set up wrong - or if guests dont get to redeem it

Be mindful of what your offering and stating very clearly what guests can get

Offering a good enough deal that will benefit the company and guest
