What do you dislike about Travelport+? Most of time fare rules of certain airline like SV is not available. Frequently we are unable to get vendor locator of XY after blocking PNR. Most of the ancillary service is not available which can be added. Once ancillary is added and if we remove it so still DAS is reflecting in PNR for which in some airline passenger fasces error at time of checking with reason payment is pending. What do you dislike about Travelport+? Dear Team, I am currently using the Automated Re-Issue feature, which has been very helpful in streamlining our workflows. However, I’ve noticed an issue related to baggage fare types during the re-issue process. For some airlines, such as Saudi Airlines, the baggage fare type is not being retained at the time of re-issue—both in automated and manual re-issue scenarios. This happens despite the original ticket including all baggage fare types. Interestingly, when we check the same re-issue in the Amadeus system, it correctly displays all baggage fare types for the same airline. Could you please investigate this issue and help us resolve it? Ensuring baggage fare types are retained during re-issue is critical for accurate ticketing and customer satisfaction. Galileo only provides prices for the lowest class within a cabin, either entirely economy or entirely business, and it never offers lowest pricing for mixed classes. Regarding the issue with private fares, having to process them manually is time-consuming. When entering mixed classes, the system should automatically select the lowest fare available within the same cabin.
