As someone new to this type of work, I find the system remarkably easy to navigate and understand despite its wide range of features. I use it daily as our primary tool at work, and it truly makes my tasks much easier. The setup process was smooth and quick, thanks to their helpful support team. Although I occasionally encounter some issues, their customer service is always available and responsive. At times, the app can be slow to open and may even crash on occasion. On the bright side, simply restarting your computer tends to fix these problems, so they don't turn into a significant issue.
