Perk has made booking and managing travel \*dramatically\* easier for me compared to handling flights, hotels, and changes across multiple separate platforms. What really stands out is how streamlined everything is. Instead of juggling airline sites, hotel portals, invoices, and confirmation emails, Perk brings all bookings into one clean, intuitive interface. From initial booking to changes or cancellations, everything is faster and far less stressful. Having all travel details, receipts, and support in one place saves a huge amount of time and mental overhead. A major differentiator for me is the \*\*automatic integration of air miles and loyalty programs\*\*. My frequent‑flyer and hotel loyalty accounts are applied seamlessly during booking, without manual entry or double‑checking every step. Even better, Perk intelligently factors loyalty benefits into the booking process and applies them \*\*when they actually result in better prices or value\*\*—so I get the upside of my loyalty status without compromising on cost efficiency. That’s something I’ve never experienced when booking everything separately. Price transparency is another big plus. I can quickly compare options and feel confident I’m getting competitive rates, while still benefiting from loyalty perks. On top of that, managing changes or disruptions is much smoother than dealing directly with airlines or hotels on my own. It is very intuitive to use and has a clear user interface. I use it for work bookings of trains, hire cars, flights and hotels on a regular basis as the platform of choice at the organisation I work for. The speed of booking is fast, with the options, timings and pricing clearly set out before making a decision. What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)? At times, bookings can only be made for 30 to 60 minutes in advance of the ticket needed (for example trains). Occasionally there is a shorter term option available in reality which is not possible to book via perk (probably due to the lead time to execute the booking and risk that the ticket will not be useable by the requester). This would be my only issue which is a small point. Flight cancellations can also be slightly bureaucratic if you have the ensure the original flight was refunded before you find the replacement flight option. Customer support is always fast however. Perk also provides a single platform to book flights and trains, instead of having employees use multiple websites or tools thereby reducing confusion, errors, and back-and-forth communications from fragmented booking. I book my travels and my accommodation, and I don't need to pay for it, which saves me time, especially when dealing with internal expense systems at my company. I really appreciate the great customer service; the people are really lovely and helpful. The initial setup was very convenient and easy with a lot of good support. When I book apartments, for example in London through Perk, I receive confirmation, a code, and a contact number. But it doesn't always give me a check-in option. When selecting a hotel, you can't see all the room options directly, like corporate rates or breakfast inclusions, without using a dropdown button. What I like most is that it gives me lots of options within my price range. It lets me choose multiple modes of transport, and I can book local transport too, not just flights, so trains, buses, trams, and so on. The wide selection within my price range matters most to me because we have to comply with our departmental budgets given we're a lean nonprofit team. I had some travel to an expensive location within Europe where the options shown on partner websites were way above what we could spend, but I could filter through Perk to find options that still fit my price range regardless of the high price fluctuations for the conference dates. I like the filters for price, type of property, check-in time, and duration of travel, which makes it easier to plan when we're traveling to multiple cities at once for conferences. I also really like the approval levels, so I can assign a specific approval for a trip based on which budget it's coming from. The approval helps a lot because we have multiple approvals for different budgets within the team, so I can provide the context for a particular expense and assign it to the appropriate approval. Perk is easy to use for both the people requesting travel, as well as the admin who approves the travel. Their customer support is amazing too. What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you? It was solving the availability of flights and customer service. We do events all over the globe and needed a system where we felt confident that our attendees would find the flights they needed. With their multiple sourcing sites, I do feel confident. In addition, I love that they have 24/7 customer service so if anything happens to a flight, their team is on it & we are speaking to human beings and not bots.
