What do you like best?

Most helpful is the customer care and the fact that you can get help any time of the day either by email or phone.

The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Fast booking confirmation

Detail information concerning booking is always with the booking confirmation email. For Example Late checkings, access code for self-checking, hotel contacts to request specific services.

Efficient payment arrangements with booked hotels.

The fact that I can organize hotel and travel in a single website, I do not need to open countless websites looking for the best deal for my travel is definitely a big plus

What do you dislike?

The limitation of the number of hotels displayed within the site. Some times it is really difficult to get hotels very close to the Location of the business engagement.

Some hotel locations do not get payments on time and they will request me the credit card I used for the booking which I do not have and will require me to start making calls to get an agent to help out.

Recently, on the confirmation travelperk confirmation email, I am requested to collect an invoice from the hotel but that is not always the case with all the hotels, some will give but most will tell me to collect it from travelperk. What do you like best?

Hands down the best thing about TravelPerk is that the customer service team is an absolute 10/10. They're fast, professional, and very responsive. They're not mere brokers, they really care about satisfying all your needs and act more as a sophisticated concierge.

About the product itself, the interface is sleek and easy to use, and the ability to concentrate all the invoices in one single place makes it so that even the accounting teams can have access and request all the invoices from one single place. I feel like me & my team have saved time and money being able to gather all the booking needs under one roof, giving us a holistic vision of our travels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I feel like the platform has a ton of potential in order to be useful to a broader audience.

If we're talking about the accommodation offer, it would be great to have access to a greater pool of locations, mainly integrating the Airbnb Properties, per example. As a company we really enjoy staying at different Airbnbs and our problem is that in order to keep enjoying that experience we can't put everything under the same roof if we're using Travelperk

Another concern is that the price is not always the lowest, and sometimes you can save a decent amount of money by changing platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Travelperk is a fantastic solution all around. I feel like the product keeps getting better and better over time, and the support team is a Straight A.

What do you like best?

The support team is very helpful and easily accessible. Sometimes there are communication deficiencies between the team .

There are too many flight and accommodation options .

Booking system is basic and it is easy to manage.

Air bnb and complex booking systems are very useful for us.

What do you dislike?

Some flight options cannot be booked automatically. Like Vietjet Airlines, for example.

Missing communication between the team.

Some domestic flights are too expensive than original price ( for example Pegasus Airlines, Turkish Airlines in Turkey)

A price table can be created in flight search. (Such as google flights)

Arrangements can be made for some domestic flights. (Turkey, Vietnam domestic flights for example, Some flights are very expensive, and there may be problems in booking some flights.)

What do you like best?

I love how easy TravelPerk makes it to organize business travel — especially when there are multiple people/layers allowed.

I love the convenience I get from being able to choose my own way to travel (hours, connections, etc.), while knowing that I'm not overstepping any company rules.

I've also had to work with support for last-minute plan changes in the past and they've always been very fast and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

Every time I wasn't sure about certain things or stuck within certain processes, I know I could always count on TP Support! They are responsive and very helpful! Oh did I mention they are all VERY KIND too? :)

Especially when the pandemic first hit us in Europe... Everything took so long to process or even have a response, but TP support agents sent me regular updates, even when it was just "we havent heard from the airline", which i truly appreciated! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The speed in which you can book things once you have set up your account fully. The process of booking through various different airlines websites is painful at the best of times so TravelPerk makes things way easier.

Having all your information in one location is all super easy. Being able to see flight times etc and getting notifications about changes to your trip is helpful. The concierge service is also really good however it could be slightly quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Prices are not always the lowest. Sometimes you can find better on Skyscanner. Also on the mobile app you cannot see other peoples trips which as an admin is frustrating when you quickly want to check something. I would recommend implementing this feature and also the ability to save draft trips would be better on mobile.

It would be better also if you could store your boarding passes within the app. I don't see any reason why the QR code distributed to you by the airline wouldn't be able to be stored inside the app?

If prices could be held by airlines whilst waiting for confirmations to be approved that would also be good. I understand you cannot hold prices forever but something like a 12 hour guarantee would be good. Sometimes when approving a trip 30 mins after the price has already gone up. They blocked our accounts for "suspicious behaviour" however no one at Travel Perk could explain what was suspicious about our behaviour or why our account had been blocked. What do you like best?

In a start up as ours, were we don't have the administrative structure big companies have, Travelperk gives us huge flexibility allowing to the employees pick their own travels giving certain restrictions that can be set easily from the admin account. Moreover you will have only one invoice provider for all your travel services (no more one invoice for each airline you fly with etc), this saves a lot of time, valuable time in a start up with few unused resources left. The platform also is really easy to use and thankfully requieres really little time to explain its use to the team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We have been Travelperk Premium users for a long time now, and recently Flexiperk users, and frankly there's nothing to complain about their service. Maybe they should arrange that when you submit to Flexiperk service you stop paying a fee for premium service and another for the Flexiperk one, it would be great if this gets unified. We have achieved to save a lot of time in administrative tasks, for both travelers and admins. And also you gain a lot of control on the expenses that are being made with the restrictions that can be set. Furthermore, with the Flexiperk service, you are able to cancel any travel you've booked for an extra cost. This comes really helpful nowadays with the uncertainty about traveling we have now. There is a minor thing I don't like on the user interface, when my favorite hotels have no rooms available, they don't show up on the search list, I would prefer to see them and marked as not available - but this is only my personal taste. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use TravelPerk for our business trips, before everyone had to reserve their own hotels, prepay and expense the costs, this can be overhelming in some cases, if you travel a lot. Now via TravelPerk, we can directly charge the hotel expenses to the company, and we have a better overview of our travel expenses. What do you like best?

In case you need help from a person, the customer service is friendly and knowledgable. This is true as well for any more challenging bookings as well as for rebookings or cancellations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Nothing I experienced so far. We once had a problem with an ics (calendar) attachment, but this may have been due to our self-hosted email/calendaring service.

It would be great if one would see the fare code for flights during booking. This way it would be possible to know if a certain flight could be upgraded with miles. I think this is not possible (yet) on TravelPerk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The speed at which you can still book things in life but once you have fully configured your account. The booking method through numerous websites of different airlines is tedious at all times so TravelPerk renders it much simpler. It's just super convenient to get all of your details in one location. It's awesome to be able and seeing flight schedules etc and get notifications of alterations to your journey. What do you dislike?

If I have planes, trains and hotels from one timetable, usually only my travel data appears in my schedule after I have obtained the confirmation letter in my google account. And I have to save on performing any physical jobs. A quest for Airbnb directly on the site will be fantastic too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I may only tell you that if you are writing this summary: TravelPerk is straightforward to only use, easy to deploy and very quick to resolve problems. If you need them, the aid is great, and available. I have always had the privilege of having a management training to better appreciate the features of this software and I highly suggest that you apply for the same so as you'll see however many opportunities this system provides. TravelPerk gives us a significant amount of savings from the perspectives of accountant work. As well as the cheapest price on flights is available for business travellers. As for an employee, I benefit from an option to adjust my time schedule, choose the airport, changes, time of the day and so forth. For such a company like TransferWise it's extremely important to travel wisely, means, choose the optimal flight: the cheapest, with the lowest emission level (duration). TravelPerk serves here perfect. Another important feature for me is an option to organize group trips. It's such a nightmare when you have to coordinate many people from different offices to come across at one point and time. What do I do with Tranvelperk - just add them to the travellers' list and book flights. The brilliant idea here is that most of the participants will follow the proposed flight but if someone wants to change it - he could just change. That's it!
