The limitation of the number of hotels displayed within the site. Some times it is really difficult to get hotels very close to the Location of the business engagement.
Some hotel locations do not get payments on time and they will request me the credit card I used for the booking which I do not have and will require me to start making calls to get an agent to help out.
Recently, on the confirmation travelperk confirmation email, I am requested to collect an invoice from the hotel but that is not always the case with all the hotels, some will give but most will tell me to collect it from travelperk. Hands down the best thing about TravelPerk is that the customer service team is an absolute 10/10. They're fast, professional, and very responsive. They're not mere brokers, they really care about satisfying all your needs and act more as a sophisticated concierge.
About the product itself, the interface is sleek and easy to use, and the ability to concentrate all the invoices in one single place makes it so that even the accounting teams can have access and request all the invoices from one single place. If we're talking about the accommodation offer, it would be great to have access to a greater pool of locations, mainly integrating the Airbnb Properties, per example. As a company we really enjoy staying at different Airbnbs and our problem is that in order to keep enjoying that experience we can't put everything under the same roof if we're using Travelperk

I love how easy TravelPerk makes it to organize business travel — especially when there are multiple people/layers allowed.

The speed in which you can book things once you have set up your account fully. The process of booking through various different airlines websites is painful at the best of times so TravelPerk makes things way easier.

Prices are not always the lowest. Sometimes you can find better on Skyscanner. Also on the mobile app you cannot see other peoples trips which as an admin is frustrating when you quickly want to check something. I would recommend implementing this feature and also the ability to save draft trips would be better on mobile.
It would be better also if you could store your boarding passes within the app. I don't see any reason why the QR code distributed to you by the airline wouldn't be able to be stored inside the app?
If prices could be held by airlines whilst waiting for confirmations to be approved that would also be good. I understand you cannot hold prices forever but something like a 12 hour guarantee would be good. Sometimes when approving a trip 30 mins after the price has already gone up. In a start up as ours, were we don't have the administrative structure big companies have, Travelperk gives us huge flexibility allowing to the employees pick their own travels giving certain restrictions that can be set easily from the admin account. Moreover you will have only one invoice provider for all your travel services (no more one invoice for each airline you fly with etc), this saves a lot of time, valuable time in a start up with few unused resources left. We have been Travelperk Premium users for a long time now, and recently Flexiperk users, and frankly there's nothing to complain about their service. Maybe they should arrange that when you submit to Flexiperk service you stop paying a fee for premium service and another for the Flexiperk one, it would be great if this gets unified. The speed at which you can still book things in life but once you have fully configured your account. The booking method through numerous websites of different airlines is tedious at all times so TravelPerk renders it much simpler. It's just super convenient to get all of your details in one location. It's awesome to be able and seeing flight schedules etc and get notifications of alterations to your journey. If I have planes, trains and hotels from one timetable, usually only my travel data appears in my schedule after I have obtained the confirmation letter in my google account.
