When working with an outside consulting firm you are always giving up some measure of timeline control as you work through their SOP's, and you have to adjust timeframe expectations to be in line with their SOP's, while pushing to meet internal goals and deadlines. Working with Trava was wonderful. Each individual we interacted with was prompt, professional, and courteous. Our readiness dates slipped, and Trava was accommodating. Their infosec professionals are knowledgeable and friendly. Ahn, in particular, was very willing to learn our systems' quirks and explain their findings in great detail. We had one hiccup when preparing for the pen test, which was understanding how many individual accounts we needed to create in order for Trava to perform a comprehensive test.
