**What do you like best about Traumasoft EMS?**

I love the real time tracking of my EMS crews and where they are exactly on their call and how much time they have before they clear so I can dispatch them on another

**What do you dislike about Traumasoft EMS?**

I disliked that the cad grid goes from left to right and not up and down! It would make it nice if you can change it in the preferences

**What problems is Traumasoft EMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traumasoft is solving the problem of information to driver and it benefits me because I can put a call in in less than three minutes and have a crew in route adap

**What do you like best about Traumasoft EMS?**

That it memorizes my signatures, the time Stamos, and patient treatment and assessment pages.

**What do you dislike about Traumasoft EMS?**

This program constantly freezes, fails to load, erases data, and delays patient care. Being able to work without a constant connection would be great.

**What problems is Traumasoft EMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've combined 3 programs into one: Billing, Operations, and Dispatch.
