It brings quotes, scheduling, crews, invoicing and payroll into one place, so owners stop juggling texts, spreadsheets and separate apps. Win more jobs with Tex, an AI receptionist that answers texts, calls and website chat when you can't, and books walkthroughs for you. Send quotes with add-ons as line items; when a client approves with one tap, their rate is set and real time slots open up. Schedule recurring weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleans on a week view that shows every crew at a glance. Find a Time suggests slots that keep crews close to their other homes, routes re-order the day to cut driving, and every change is checked so no one is double-booked. In the field, the crew app works even with weak signal. Each room has its own checklist and count-up timer, and before-and-after photos are taken per room and shared with the client. Clients can see the crew on the way. A training library in English and Spanish keeps every cleaner working to the same standard, and crews flag low supplies before they run out. When a job is finished, the invoice drafts itself at the client's agreed rate. Clients pay through your own Stripe account, with autopay and tips, and payroll runs from the hours your crew records.
