**What do you like best about Trash Flow?**

It is the best software, easy to use and a simple interface, straight to the point, adapts to your needs, you can manage billing, shipping management, routes, tracking the fleet trucks, the billing process is done through The mobile application.
It has a powerful and effective mobile application.
It offers you days of training, guarantee of 2 months of uses, and a high quality technical support.

**What do you dislike about Trash Flow?**

Nothing at all, really nothing. It is extremely easy to use and meet every one of your needs.
Excellent service and result.

**Recommendations to others considering Trash Flow:**

Highly recommended, it provides top-notch customer service, easy billing options, routing options, truck tracking, it all comes down to time savings and optimal results.

**What problems is Trash Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy management, time savings, access to comfortable, practical and fast accounts, MySQL Database, has a high level support, link with excel and quick and easy configuration.

**What do you like best about Trash Flow?**

Our bin cleaning service has been using Trash Flow as our client server for 2 years now. We have been extremely happy about it, as it is able to keep our track of all our new and current clients, along with all payments,  It's all in one place! What is especially great is that the software if adaptable to needs outside of the immediate waste industry needs. While we work closely with waste industry, we have somewhat different needs for software. Trash Flow was able to bridge that gap.

**What do you dislike about Trash Flow?**

The main thing that I dislike is search process.  It should be more streamlined, not having the user have to start each customer search from scratch. That takes quite a bit of time when we have to log large batches of payments. Additionally, It may be easier to allow for the list to show of all users, instead of it saying there are too many to list.

**Recommendations to others considering Trash Flow:**

I would absolutely recommend this software. While it was made for waste management, it is easily tailored for other business. The staff we purchase the software from was also great to work with: easy to contact and communicate with.

**What problems is Trash Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a software which could log all our payments, both regular and special. With this software, we can tailor the program to what we need. As stated before, we had somewhat different needs than standard waste management, but the software was able to adapt.
