What I liked the most about this application is that it tracks every second of activity and generates results giving the high to low activity graph. It takes screenshots at random times but the content of the screenshots is blurred which keeps the employee’s privacy intact and at the same time the employer gets to know which application was being used. For employers, it is easy to comprehend and track the amount of work being done by the employees and delegate further work accordingly. There is also an option for adding manual hours of high activity work and getting it approved.

Though I didn't find much to dislike. But for employees who do creative work and don’t continuously work on the system, it will show activity level as “Low” but that can be rectified by adding manual hours and getting it approved by the manager/employer. Having had previous experiences with time-tracking softwares, I found Traqq to be the best one to suit my business needs. I could use Traqq both online and offline, I would never miss tracking my work because I would always be notified beforehand. The option to blur the screenshots of the work process is well-thought-out. Traqq made working remotely a pleasure because everybodys contribution was shown in a very detailed and transparent manner, and there were security options in which I had control over what was being tracked by the software. As an employee who experienced working from home because of the pandemic, I could say that this application is really helpful for a company in monitoring the daily tasks of its employees. The overall interface of the application is easy to navigate and user-friendly. I also commend the "Weekly Summary" part where the manager can generate a report on a particular week. It would be a win-win situation for both the manager and employee in generating reports in a hassle-free way. It's also good that there is a particular function of the app where the manager can view how much time his team members were being idle. Traqq has a very crisp UI. Almost every module they are giving has a clear UI and interface. I have used different tracking tools which has complex UI and UX but this app is very user-friendly. It has very useful features like Screen capture, Access Site, Productive and Non Productive work bifurcation, Invoice report, and Report Generation. I can say every single feature covered by this application. Load and Install time was very and less time is taken by Traqq. Most recommended application. I can't see any downside of this application but I can say there are many areas where this app can provide details of tracking activities with compare to other tracking applications. Unlike a lot of other tracking apps, this one feels more ethical than others, with features like workers being able to deactivate tracking at any time, and screenshots of activity being blurred to avoid giving away unnecessary personal information. Traqq is very easy to use. With a simple push of a button, work time is recorded. Traqq packs many good features. Most notably, automated screenshots and videos, smart notification and alerts, flexible reporting options, individual and group timesheet management.

Traqq provides automated work time tracking and it runs in the background of my Windows PC, without crashing or slowing it down. If you are forgetful like me, an alert popup window will show up reminding you to turn on/off traqq. Very practical!

Traqq app UI is designed in a way that is easy to navigate. it is not complicated for any particular user. Whether you want to pull out a report, or track a user's activity.
