In my experience, Traqq by itself can be the only app to use if you want to increase the productivity of a team. Not only does it have every feature you could ask for both as a manager or an employee, but also it does it in the simplest way possible so it doesn't mess with your head! Just as it is important for a business to control the productivity of a team and manage the time in the best way, it is equally important to protect the private information of the employee and I see that this app has found the perfect balance. It blurs the private info or even lets you delete captured records (–along with the activity of course). Nothing is popping up that will disturb or distract you while you are working. The elements of the app are accentuated and neutralized without making the design messy –a perfectly presented UI! No prior knowledge is required, it is a pretty straightforward app that you can easily figure out how to use on your own. I like the little reminder that shows up when screen time or the activity decreases too low, this way I can either stop the clock or concentrate on the work more. It allows you to create different groups for people and evaluate their effectiveness as a group and the members of the group individually. Website makes random screenshots during working hours but I can be calm for my info safety because Traqq algorithms make screenshots blurred. I love that Traqq makes my employers aware of my activities. Most of my clients are the type that hate seeing freelancers/ employees lazying around and for someone like me who's addicted to procastination and getting job done at the last minute, I've been able to reshape and reschedule my daily works so I can get more done to avoid any 1 star ratings from my clients because I'm aware they're in the loop and know I cannot outsmart them by counting hours without doing any work, but moving my cursor without doing any work instead because Traqq counts that as being inactive. Traqq is helping me solve the issues of payment, either being underpaid or overpaid by clients. I love that the hours I'm paid the exact hours I worked. Traqq is a great app to use for time tracking and to increase productivity. They have found the perfect balance of being able to provide the employer with data about the work being done and how long it is taking while also protecting the privacy of the employee. It blurs out private information and shows what employees are working on. It is so easy to use and can be useful to ay company especially people working in a remote setting. Traqq is an easy app to use with a clean and user-friendly design. It generates reports that can be downloaded as a PDF for the convenience of employers and manual time can be added upon request for the convenience of the employee. Traqq simplifies and protects both the employer and employee while providing efficient and accurate data to increase productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Traqq? There are no downsides that I can think of. With the emphasis on reviews, any improvements that are needed can be implemented easily and quickly. This product solves the issue of time tracking for employers and protects the privacy of employees. It lets users know when they have been idle for too long and when they need to focus more on their work rather than other tabs. A great benefit is that team members can be divided into groups to make tracking easier. Employers can see if the team is working towards their goal and which team member needs to improve.
