I used to love Traqq, but my experience has taken a turn for the worse. Initially, I found it simple and easy to use, but over time, I've encountered numerous issues. The interface has become clunky, and it's no longer intuitive. The app crashes frequently, and customer support has been unresponsive. It initially seemed like it would be beneficial for time tracking and ensuring everyone stayed on task. When we attempted to reach out to assist you, we discovered that your name and contact information are not present in our user database. Our developers checked for your contacts in our records since 2021. Our support team also never received any complaints from you in the given period. We also have a number concerns about the authenticity of this negative experience, as the issues you mentioned do not align with Traqq's features: 1. Traqq does not offer a platform for "sharing ideas" or assisting with "short recordings." 2. The Traqq desktop app functions smoothly on Windows 7, macOS, and Linux. There is no interface to cause glitches since Traqq operates as a minimal widget on users' computers. 3. We do not support "real-time markup" which is for PDF editing. Traqq is a time tracker application. 4. The desktop app automatically sends us immediate reports in the rare event of a crash, prompting our immediate contact with the user. Our developers have reassured us such report from your name was never delivered. Our support also never received your crash complaints. It is clear you are not registered as Traqq user, as we have never received such reports. 5. Regarding your "workflow for website and newsletter tasks," Traqq does not support these activities. Traqq is a time-tracking application for remote and office employees and does not manage web administration tasks for newsletters. Please do note that our support is happy to assist you with any matter pertaining to your future Traqq experience.
