I'm Jez and I've been working remotely for almost three years. Although I understand it's part of the first few remote jobs and contracts I've signed up for, I am honestly uncomfortable that everything I do is being captured. But at the same time, I also understand the need for the firm to implement this policy. I got interested upon hearing about Traqq, and I genuinely prefer this over the other trackers I've used. I like the features for productivity scales as it would help me know what time I peak productivity and what times I don't, which is different for everyone. I also like that it sends reminders when one is idle for some time. Most of all, I like the blur feature so there's still a small portion of work that the employee has control over. I also like that it has dashboards based on tasks, hours, dates, productivity scales, etc., and I am positive the firm side would love this feature. Another good point is it's being offered for an affordable rate which smaller-size firms would appreciate. Overall, the app's features balance the micromanagement need of the firm and simultaneously protect the privacy of the employee/user, which is important. I highly recommend this to small-sized firms to try. **What do you dislike about Traqq?** No downsides, just some points to improve. For instance, it does not come in a mobile app version which was surprising as nowadays almost all desktop apps have mobile counterparts. Second is that employees can delete snaps taken, which I think is pointless as these can be retrieved by the firm or HR in charge anyway. I think this would have negative repercussions so better not for transparency for both employee and firm sides. However, as I've heard that they're very new in this field, they can be given some slack, and at this rate, I think they did great. **What problems is Traqq solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coming up with a time and productivity tracking system that would be helpful enough to increase productivity but at the same time protect the privacy of the user/employee. ### 7. Intuitive usability and userfriendly color combination. Nice designed support tab which includes emotional feedback. Confidence is on a high level, even when I did login into third-party websites. Website makes random screenshots during working hours but I can be calm for my info safety because Traqq algorithms make screenshots blurred. This service helps to track the employees and check their productivity. **What do you dislike about Traqq?** There is no fastest way to sign in like Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Apple ID. Please add it in future service updates. People from Germany or Spain cant use the service in their native language, please add more localizations. There is no dark theme for comfort at night or evening usability.
