TraqField is an AI-powered field service management platform built for small and growing trade businesses that want dispatching, scheduling, invoicing, customer management, and AI automation in one simple system. TraqField helps HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, excavation, and home service teams manage jobs from first customer contact to completed invoice. Teams can schedule and dispatch technicians, track job history, manage customers, send estimates and invoices, upload job photos, use a customer portal, and keep office and field staff connected from desktop or mobile. Unlike complex field service platforms built for large enterprises, TraqField is designed to be fast to learn and easy to use. The platform focuses on practical daily workflows: creating jobs quickly, assigning technicians, keeping customer records organized, collecting job updates from the field, and reducing manual admin work. TraqField also includes AI-powered tools such as an AI receptionist and AI-assisted customer communication to help businesses respond faster, reduce missed calls, and improve operational efficiency without adding extra office staff.
