What do you like best about Transvirtual?

From a professional perspective, what stands out about Transvirtual (the transport management platform) is its clarity and efficiency in visibility across freight operations. A few things I particularly like:

Real-Time Job Tracking – You can see where each job is at any moment, reducing phone calls and uncertainty.

Customer & Driver Visibility Options – The ability to control what each party sees is neat, especially for client-facing transparency without exposing internal details.

Automated Updates & Notifications – Automated alerts for ETAs or delays cut down on manual communication.

Integration-Friendly – Works well with other TMS or ERP systems, which helps in keeping everything connected.

User-Friendly Interface – The dashboard is fairly intuitive, so managing multiple jobs and vehicles isn’t overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transvirtual?

A few aspects of Transvirtual that can be frustrating or limiting, based on common user experience and my observations:

Limited Customization in Job Visibility – You can control visibility to some extent, but if you want very granular rules (like showing only jobs created after a certain date or filtering by very specific conditions for a client), it can get tricky.

Cumbersome Reporting – While dashboards are okay, exporting detailed reports for analysis often feels clunky, especially if you want combined data across multiple job types or date ranges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Transvirtual?

I find TransVirtual easy to use, which makes managing transport tasks straightforward. I also appreciate the ability to have multiple customers using the platform, which enhances its functionality for my needs. The reporting capabilities are beneficial as they provide insights into actual deliveries, driver activity, and completed deliveries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transvirtual?

I don't like that the request for customization tends to take a while and there's no customer service on weekends. Everything is done by email or chat, which takes much longer than having a consultant contact me directly. I'm not a fan of paying for a service that requires me to pay extra for contact with a consultant. The cost per consignment should cover any additional customer customization. If there is an issue on a weekend, the wait time for a response is sometimes too long. The initial setup was fairly easy, but it was very daunting when you haven't worked with a TMS platform before. Some of the help documents don't always have the answers to your questions and are quite outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Transvirtual?
