The amount of detail in the reporting is second to none. The UI is well laid out and easy to navigate, saving me time when I need to find or generate a unique report, quickly. **What do you dislike about Parcel Spend Management by TransImpact?** There aren't many, but a personal difficulty of mine is navigating/ toggling between specific filters without having to clear all filters and resetting back to the default report. **What problems is Parcel Spend Management by TransImpact solving and how is that benefiting you?** Parcel Spend Management has been my sword and shield when it comes to holding our carriers accountable. In the past, Eastpoint Sports didn't have a person to review and oversee carrier agreements or enforce them.
