The amount of detail in the reporting is second to none. The UI is well laid out and easy to navigate, saving me time when I need to find or generate a unique report, quickly. **What do you dislike about Parcel Spend Management by TransImpact?** There aren't many, but a personal difficulty of mine is navigating/ toggling between specific filters without having to clear all filters and resetting back to the default report. **What problems is Parcel Spend Management by TransImpact solving and how is that benefiting you?** Parcel Spend Management has been my sword and shield when it comes to holding our carriers accountable. In the past, Eastpoint Sports didn't have a person to review and oversee carrier agreements or enforce them. Since using the PSI tool, we have been able to recover nearly $10,000 from October of 2024 to October of 2025 in service failure refunds, undue residential surcharges, and other accessorial fees that should not have been applied to our shipments. Since our corporate team is quite particular about color schemes, I often have to recreate graphs separately just to adjust the colors before including them in PowerPoint presentations for leadership.
