**What do you like best about Transporeon?**

There are failures or inaccuracies in the system, which are frustrating. Immediate reflection of changes is not always guaranteed, making it difficult to obtain information. The transaction cost pricing model results in costs.

**What do you dislike about Transporeon?**

The user interface sometimes feels slightly mismatched and navigating through it to access platforms is cumbersome. The platform has limitations in terms of trailers at locations, which restricts our ability to accept certain loads.

**What problems is Transporeon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transporeon do not solve the complexities associated with processes. When time is of the essence it is inconvenient as changes take a few minutes to reflect. Theres also a discrepancy in the user interface when accessing the Sixfold Suite.

**What do you like best about Transporeon?**

Provides data aggregation from multiple data sources like Google sheet, excel sheets, and databases and generates insights about the performance of the logistics team. Due to its real-time sync features, immediate actions are taken in terms of logistics failure.

**What do you dislike about Transporeon?**

It does not have connectivity with new data sources like Zoho sheets and Postgresq SQL, it would be better if it has a wider variety of data source connectivity.

**What problems is Transporeon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in taking immediate action in terms of delivery failures. Gives real-time tracking of the logistics team. It also helps in tracking the performance of the logistics team automatically with the help of its analytics features.

Transporeon has various unique tools that make the user experience highly effective and efficient, such as rate management, dock scheduling and transport execution.

**What do you dislike about Transporeon?**

Have been an active user in the past year, and the number of times that system has failed or is inaccurate is minimal.

**What problems is Transporeon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to check live updates from a load previously scheduled on a dock through Time Slot Management is a great asset, saving time in calls or asking for direct updates from the carriers.

Transporeon is an excellent platform for easily tracking the loading process's status and getting accurate live updates. Also allows us to organize and plan the loads previously assigned.

**What do you dislike about Transporeon?**

At times the platform can get stuck, and changes don't reflect immediately, making it hard to get accurate information about the status of the load.

**What problems is Transporeon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transporeon is a well-integrated platform that benefits our company tremendously by allowing us to manage the load assigns and live tracking of the loading proccess.

Transporeon is a consolidated platform that guarantees transparency in customer-broker relationships, making it a leader in transportation management platforms.

Changes can take a few minutes to reflect, making it rather annoying if you are in a hurry to set appointments or check a load's status.

**What problems is Transporeon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows our company to set appointments, check loading status and overall well-being of our operation.

**What do you like best about Transporeon?**

We employ temperature monitoring to help both our service provider and ourselves ensure the highest quality for our clients. The fact that our warehouse coworkers no longer need to record the temperature manually but instead have everything protocolled automatically makes them delighted, especially in the chilled ones. With this, we can more quickly evaluate suppliers' quality and trace any discrepancies in our agreements with them. As a result, we are in a stronger negotiating position with them.

**What do you dislike about Transporeon?**

There is a slight UI mismatch since you must pass via Transporeon's UI to access the Sixfold Suite / Platform.

**What problems is Transporeon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It updates in real-time, and it is straightforward to use.

Not consistently accurate, and I have to go through many steps to drill down to see what truck is assigned to a trailer.

I can see how many available trailers I have certain locations so that I know how many loads I can accept.

Geo-graphical limitation in terms of coverage as the current range is mainly for Europe & USA

If someone is looking for Transport Ecosystem SaaS on a subscription basis with a modular approach , Transporeon would be one of the good option
