I really like the service it offers, because at first impression on its website you will find a panel very similar to Google Translator which you can do free translations with good results. You can even hire a "human translation" in which an expert person can make a translation with the best possible result without losing consistency in the text or document you want to translate. You can also see a history of translations that you have requested or made in case you need it. In any automatic translation there will always be important failures due to the limitations of these systems to recognize the context, the jargon or the most appropriate translation for a word according to what situation.
