"Streamlined Translation with Some Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Transifex?

I really like that Transifex is easy to understand; the platform itself is quite useful. It's easy to find the documentation and the files I'm translating. I also like how I can see what they translated and where I can make my adjustments, which really helps in my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transifex?

I think maybe some of the automatic translations sometimes don't feel accurate. More than that, I'd like the possibility to do proofreading more in bulk. If in some languages there are mistakes, it would be useful to handle them all at once instead of going one by one. At the beginning, I felt it was quite confusing to use, not as user-friendly because I wasn't used to the interface, which was challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Localization: Multi-Language Support, Translation Memory, and Flexible Placeholders"
4/5
What do you like best about Transifex?

It supports many different languages, and I can review translations before they’re added to the product. It also works with a variety of placeholder styles, which makes it easier to hook into different codebases. I like that it supports machine translation as well as human translators so I can get preliminary translations quickly. Translation memory is also useful for keeping translations consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transifex?

The user interface is a little hard to navigate. Features are difficult to locate, thankfully there is a support team that is helpful and they provide screenshots of where items are located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful for Translation, but Integrations and User and Group Management to Improve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Transifex?

Transifex allows us to store all our translations in one place and ensures that the translation complies with the existing glossary. The translation memory is very useful because it prevents redundant phrases from being retranslated, saving us translation costs and time. It also helps maintain consistent translation throughout the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transifex?

The management of users and user groups is not well thought out in my opinion. The integration with other tools seems improvable. The management of the glossary via API is partial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Search Filters and AI Translations That Cut Our Workload"
4/5
What do you like best about Transifex?

I really like the options to filter my searches for specific strings and I also appreciate the history and suggestions. Recently we have been incorporating AI translations which has basically halfed the workload, since they are accurate for the most part and just need a quick review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transifex?

A downside would be that we have experienced bugs several times such as projects appearing in the queue despite of everything being proofread. Also, we've had the issue where double the amount of strings appear in the queue, but once you complete a certain amount of proofreading they disappear because the number was probably just incorrect. "Essential Multilingual Translation Tool with Minor Speed Issues"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Transifex?

I appreciate how Transifex helps my team translate code into multiple languages. It's a great tool for us to use and makes managing translations possible. I also like being able to see what's happening with projects even though I'm not a coder. This aspect of the tool is particularly useful for staying informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transifex?

Sometimes the app can be a little slow. I’ve heard this complaint from some of our coders. As a non coder, it was a little difficult to understand the first time using the tool, but I had a developer help me and it makes sense now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use and Adaptable Across Projects"
4/5
What do you like best about Transifex?

What surprised me most about this tool is how easy it is to use. Plus, it adapts well to different types of projects, which really helps speed up the work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transifex?

However, because it relies heavily on the internet, there can be drawbacks at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flawless, Consistent Translations That Speed Up Our Workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about Transifex?

What I love most about Transifex is that the translations come out flawless and consistent across all languages. I also appreciate how it instantly detects errors and prevents duplicates. This has truly been a game changer and has sped up the translation process immensely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transifex?

Just a couple of things: the mobile app function needs a bit more polishing, and when I work with documents that contain massive amounts of information, the tool starts to lag. That’s all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredibly Smooth Collaboration with Flawless GitHub Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Transifex?

It’s incredibly smooth. The collaborative workflow is fantastic, and the integration with GitHub is flawless—everything flows seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transifex?

One thing I’m not entirely convinced about is the advanced search function. It feels rather cumbersome, especially in large projects, and I end up wasting too much time applying filters. Also, the mobile app isn’t as intuitive as the web version, and the notification system often fails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Translation Management with Minor Glitches"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Transifex?

I like that Transifex almost never lags, which is a good point compared to the competition. I appreciate the way team members can communicate via comments and issues. The exhaustive history of each string is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transifex?

When you wanna comment on a particular segment and need to check out other segments to redact your comment, I noticed a few bugs (you might lose your unfinished comment before posting it). The project overview pages can be a bit confusing, but I didn't really have to use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saves a lot of time"
5/5
What do you like best about Transifex?

That is is very easy to use and implement. Our customers love it and the development time is cut short 100 to 1. Implementing this feature without the tool would have been a hard strategy. Integrating this to our existing application was easy and calls to our support team has been reduced drastically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transifex?

That certain automated tasks costs way way too much. the work around for that is to manually translate the process. It would have been great if there was a half way option to pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
