The fact that it is cloud based. You don't need to install anything and it is accesible from everywhere. It supports multiple file formats. It integrates with many Development Tools (Github, Gitlab etc.). Machine translation and AI assistance so it is up to the new trends. Also saves you time and money if you don't want to use human reviewer. It supports both web apps and mobile applications. Also it has version history so you can revert to a previous one if needed. The UI isn’t always intuitive for beginners, and setup can be complex. Also the SDKs sometimes are just making requests to transifex's API. Transifex has a very clean and intuitive interface, which makes it easy for both developers and translators to collaborate. The ease of managing the translations and implementing them into the project. 2.Good customer support in case of processing errors and rectfying them. 3.It can convert the strings to number of languages which can be frequently used in the project. 4.It is easy integrate into project even technically. So we are working on a project where in our local should support number of languages for the end customer. So we are using transifex to convert these strings to number of languages. Having all tranlsations at one place is really helpfull and moverover transifex charges only once for converting one particular word. So we synced our strings in such a manner that they are consistent among different platforms which helps us save money because of this particular feature transifex offers. Transifex has a user-friendly interface for managing translation projects. The real-time updates and notifications keep me informed of project progress, and the robust API allows for seamless integration with our app. The editor is also quite good. It's a great way to split concerns between product and development. It removes the need for a code update for translations and tweaking the copy on a website in general. Integrating it was easy, there was an implementation library for whatever application is consuming it - in our case an SPA. We realised the hard way that once a language as been uploaded with a specific lang code - this cannot be edited. Only deleted and reuploaded. A missing feature would be the ability to have a language by default (not english but a mock-up language) used on design mockups - It would be nice to have a component-type of system: a centralized group of words that can be linked to different keys.
