TransformRadar is an AI-powered governance platform, built in Europe, that catches this before it costs you. It replaces the patchwork of Excel plans, PowerPoint decks, SharePoint folders and per-user project tools with one shared workspace that the CIO, CFO, programme team and steering group all open together: the plan, weekly status, the governance log (decisions, risks, issues, actions, changes), a Programme Health assessment, value realisation, and the steering pack — all built on the same underlying data, so nobody is reconciling five different versions of the truth. AI sits at the centre of that workspace, not bolted on top of it. TransformRadar runs on Mistral AI, an EU-resident provider, and reads your structured project data — plan, governance log, delivery status, Programme Health — to surface what's actually changing week to week, draft and refine status reports, summarise the governance log, and assemble steering packs from live data instead of a last-minute scramble. It works from your real project data, not invented insights, and no provider trains on it. You can also keep using your own AI tools — Mistral, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT — to update the plan, status and governance log directly, so the record stays current without manual re-typing. The result is a Programme Health score that combines a monthly assessment across six dimensions (governance, alignment, scope, architecture, change readiness, value) with weekly delivery RAG and benefits trajectory — one composite signal for whether a project is set up to succeed, visible while there's still time to act, not after the steering meeting. This works across the whole portfolio, not just the flagship programme. Every project — from a small, fast-moving initiative to a multi-year ERP rollout, cloud migration, ServiceNow programme or regulatory project — runs on the same record. Larger, higher-risk projects switch on Programme Health, the governance log, value realisation and steering; lighter projects run with just a plan and weekly status. One standard, switched on per project, with a portfolio dashboard showing everything at a glance. Pricing is a simple flat fee per project with unlimited users — steering group, CIO, CFO, external consultants — instead of per-user licensing that grows every time you add someone to the room.
