It makes it easy to track progress and stay motivated on my fitness journey. The variety of workouts and meal plans also keeps things interesting and helps me stay committed. It would be helpful to have more options for different fitness levels. Additionally, I've noticed that some of the recipe options are a bit limited, especially for specific dietary preferences.
