Transflo is a freight tech and SaaS company providing mobile, telematics, and workflow automation solutions for the North American supply chain. The company serves carriers, brokers, freight factors, and drivers with an integrated suite of products designed to accelerate the &quot;cab to cash&quot; cycle, reducing the time between load completion and payment receipt. Transflo&#39;s products include the Transflo Mobile+ driver workflow app, vehicle telematics, video telematics, ELDs, Workflow AI for Carriers/LTL/Brokers/Factors, and Synergize document management. Transflo differentiates itself through user-focused solutions that help alleviate the pain points companies across the freight landscape experience every day. For example, the company’s Workflow AI platform slashes manual work and gets carriers, brokers, and factors paid faster. Transflo Mobile+, the company’s flagship app, simplifies driver workflows and reduces app switching so drivers can focus on the road. Unlike many companies in the freight tech space in 2026, Transflo has a robust history of serving the industry and reinventing itself through innovation. Founded as Pegasus Imaging in 1991, the company was an early leader in document imaging solutions for the transportation industry. In 2002, it debuted Transflo Express truckstop scanning before moving into mobile solutions with the launch of Transflo Mobile+ in 2014. In 2023, Transflo introduced Workflow AI as its automation solution to drastically reduce the manual processing freight companies traditionally handle. In 2026, it will introduce LTL Navigator for the less-than-truckload segment, addressing the unique workflow and documentation challenges in that space.

**What do you like best about Transflo?**

The technical solution works well for us and uptime has been good for our fleet. The people work with us to develop creative solutions to meet our business challenges. They tell us what they are able to do and provide alternatives if our desired function or feature can't be built exactly as we envision it. The people are empathetic to our needs and do what they can to give us the solutions we request. I have had many experiences where the people at Transflo have gone above and beyond to help us when needed. As a result of these efforts together, we have a very comprehensive and functional incab solution for our drivers. All of these factors have made us feel like we have a true partnership.

**What do you dislike about Transflo?**

Transflo may not always have the exact solution that fits perfectly. With an integrated solution, there are going to be compromises as there are interactions across multiple platforms to consider. New incab version implementations have sometimes uncovered unforeseen technical issues; having a structured implementation/fallback plan is important.  The separate Geotab ELD as part of a packaged solution was once an issue but Transflo added talent a few years back which have fortified their ability to support the overall solution.

**What problems is Transflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transflo is helping us build our integration with a new transportation management system. We are considering adopting their new "User Workflow" which will enable us to create our own custom driver workflows. They are helping us with an automation for "form and manner" an automation to update driver log information. They are helping us find more efficient ways to manage billing for popup dedicated fleets.

**What do you like best about Transflo?**

The vast amount of solutions that allow us to seamlessly connect different products together. wither its the paperwork collection, Billing/Settlement Workflow, ELD or AI each of these solutions on their own are great but when you have then with 1 provider it allows for a much more user friendly experience for our staff and drivers.

**What do you dislike about Transflo?**

My projects have always been completed when working with Transflo, but my complaint is in how the Project is rolled out. Due to their internal process, Getting a ETA for project completion prior to project kick off is often times not possible. They have you sign off on the project then once the project is assigned to an implementer then you will receive your timeline. It often feels like projects are delayed because of the waiting for implementer stage is not a defined amount of time leaving the project feeling stagnant in the beginning stage of the kickoff.

**What problems is Transflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently working on several projects that will help our overall experiences. First we have adopted AI to do all indexing and paperwork processing. This will drastically reduce the number of touches our Billing and Settlements teams spend touching paperwork. Also we are working on a workflow change for our Drivers that will automatically prompt the driver for specific paperwork throughout different steps of their load so that we are able to bill and settle faster because all required paperwork will be received in the system.

**What do you like best about Transflo?**

I really appreciate being able to contact someone who will listen, take our issues to heart, and work with us to address problems and help solve them. I also love the relationship they have with eSquared; using the screen-sharing program is phenomenal. It lets us walk drivers through the steps on the device more easily.  It is easy to swap out a tablet when they crash (Samsung Tablet)

**What do you dislike about Transflo?**

It has been over four years since our onboarding. I’m not sure what the onboarding process is like for new customers, but ours was not a pleasant experience. For the longevity of the company we continue to work with, I genuinely hope it has become a better experience since then. I wouldn’t wish what we went through on anyone. That said, I’m sure it has improved.

**What problems is Transflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are hoping with the upgrade just completed with our Dispatch software that we will be able to have more of the scanned paperwork automatically fed into the system.  This should streamline our processing of paperwork for payroll and billing purposes.

**What do you like best about Transflo?**

I like the Transflo Mobile Plus app for receiving loads, scanning paperwork, and ELD with Geotab integration. I appreciate how Transflo connects to our TMS through Motor City Systems. The document scanning module is one of the best we've used, reliable for getting good images and inputting them into our internal systems quickly. Document scanning helps us get important documents from drivers, index them for billing, and provide them to our customers. Support has improved recently, and there's a good team now providing frequent updates and quality support.

**What do you dislike about Transflo?**

Customization is a problem. There is very little we can modify on our own without having to open a support ticket and pay money to get a feature added or something in the workflow changed. Support has been really rough in previous years. An area they could improve on is having quality support for drivers to call directly and get basic support instead of us having to partially be support for the app. Setup was fairly easy, however at the time they had a bad integration partner for integrating with our TMS. We had issues for years with drivers not getting loads, missing load details, or drivers seeing another drivers load or information that they shouldn't see.

**What problems is Transflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transflo helps us communicate with drivers, receive important documents, and get logs. Their document scanning is reliable for capturing and indexing important documents quickly into our systems, aiding billing and sharing documents with customers.

We use an older TMS and Transflo has been open to creating solutions to keep our process functional.  Between direct contacts, and Customer Support, our requests are acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Transflo?**

We have experienced limited pain-points during this process.

**What problems is Transflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're currently completing a Server Migration to enhance Geotab Breadcrumb export.  This will serve as our solution until a new TMS is implemented.  Even with the limited need (15-20 months), they were quick to assist so we can meet the needs of newly acquired customers.

**What do you like best about Transflo?**

I use Transflo for asset tracking. It helps me keep tabs on my equipment and know where my equipment is, which is valuable for security and productivity.

**What do you dislike about Transflo?**

I have sporadic outages when sending info to my customers through EDI, where the info isn't sent.

**What do you like best about Transflo?**

Our account manager is extremely prompt on all questions, issues, or concerns.  The Transflo Mobile+ app for our drivers is top notch and easy to setup each new driver and easy for drivers to use.

Sometimes scanned docs are hard to find.

Communications are key to our operation and Transflo is a huge help in this area.

Their willingness to listen to our needs and then design solutions around topics we present to them when the ability exists.

**What do you dislike about Transflo?**

The only thing I can say to this is it's my opinion that there are solutions out there that are more cost-effective, and still provide the same level of technical ability and support.

**What problems is Transflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've recently finalized a process that involves geo-fencing areas, while providing drivers an audible alert that gets triggered when those preset geo-fenced areas are breached.
