While I haven't used it much yet, I already have to say that its zero-knowledge encryption and extra security features make it superior to similar services. This focus on privacy is rare and puts me at ease to use it for sensitive information. **What do you dislike about TransferChain?** There was a minor learning curve when I first started using TransferChain. The user interface, though as useful as it was, took a while to navigate and understand in terms of features. After grasping the platform's fundamentals I found it easier to use. **What problems is TransferChain solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem TransferChain solves involves protecting vital and confidential documents throughout their storage period and when they move between locations. The platform's zero-knowledge system allows me to share files with colleagues and clients through secure channels which stop any unauthorized access to information. The security system operates as a defence mechanism to protect users who seek complete security and this method has brought me peace of mind. ### 2. Setting up TransferChain was easy and smooth, allowing me to quickly configure admin details and start sharing links. I appreciate the folder-sharing functionality, enabling personalized organization for individual students. Each student can have a dedicated folder, and they can upload materials directly based on the shared links, which streamlines the document-sharing process. **What do you dislike about TransferChain?** I find TransferChain a bit slow when uploading, especially larger documents. This impacts the efficiency as both I and my students have experienced lengthy upload times, particularly with videos. It would be beneficial to have a feature that indicates better estimated upload times. Sometimes, logging in is confusing due to authentication complexities.
