They also send a nightly report that lets us cross reference what was supposed to go out. **What do you dislike about Transcepta?** There isnt much to dislike about Transcepta. Its pretty easy to format and update and is easy to use. Customer service can take a little long to get back to you but that can be expected with the type of software and the amount of users they probably have. **What problems is Transcepta solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using Transcepta my company solves an easy way to upload our data into their system and then back into our AP system to generate our invoices.
