I enjoy using templates and automated checklists in Lone Wolf Transact because they ensure 100% compliance, with every detail accounted for from the very start. The software takes the guesswork out of the administrative side of the job, freeing up my time to focus on what I find most rewarding—being available for our residents and ensuring the property is running at its best. I love the Transaction Templates feature; in property management, consistency is everything, and I can set up a template for "new lease" or "renewal" that automatically includes all required disclosures and addendums. This program allows you to track a transaction from beginning to the very end. The best part is that you don't have to use multiple programs. This program houses everything you need from client information, signed documents, and even MLS information. It allows you to easily complete offers and addendum's with pre-filled information. There are not a lot of options for integrations with other programs. It integrates with Authentisign and MLS which is great, but if you utilize anything else, it isn't as user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to create Transaction Templates and Checklists for different types of transactions. For instance, there could be a set of forms and all of the necessary documents needed for a Condo sale, a Residential sale, or a Land sale. Once you set it up, all of the forms are right there and you don't have to go searching for them every time. I also like being able to use the Clauses feature when writing up a contract or addendum. I would like the Auto Populate feature to be returned. Once a transaction is set up with all of the details such as the names of the parties involved and contract dates, most of the forms are automatically pre-populated with all of the information. However, sometimes forms are not populated with all of the information and it was helpful to be able to populate transaction information into several forms at once with the push of a button.
