I like that there is a large amount of training topics to choose from and whatever needs I have I know that Traliant will have it for me. The videos are perhaps a little hokey but I am never seen a set of training videos that were done with great production quality anyway. The service is also a bit pricey for what it is but I know that the videos will be compliant so it is something you just have to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Traliant solving and how is that benefiting you? We need to have harassment training for California legal compliance and Traliant has been providing us with that for many years. Now, we have also added HIPAA training as we are a medical business. This has been a nice addition for us. I used to wish they would do more with the setup, but now that I understand it, it’s much easier for me to handle the updates as our program changes and our policies are updated. I run a small organization that needs to meet California training standards, and this has eliminated the tiresome in-person sessions while still allowing my employees to complete the requirements on their own time. I like Traliant for its relevance, quality, and execution. Employees actually enjoy the training they are taking, which is a big plus. I appreciate that Traliant provides automatically updated trainings that are relevant "right here and right now," reducing the need for manual updates and avoiding outdated content like I experienced with ADP.
